Food was excellent, comfort bed, the staff was very friendly and helpful

Room, staff and hotel fantastic and will stay again when back in Riyadh. One downside was the 6th floor pool, no sun loungers only chairs! Also pool in need of general maintenance (repainting etc)

Service was exceptional! Ahmad the restaurant manager is very hospitable so kind and genuine. Overall the staff is great, very attentive. The hotel is very clean. They will accommodate you if they can. Very friendly staff, you feel like you’re at home.

We loved our stay. From the check in the gentleman was very kind and polite. Our room was spacious and very clean. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The only two side downs were: Breakfast options were not that many and compared to other hotels things can be improved, however the quality was good and the options available were tasty. The swimming pool area definitely need maintenance, the wood tiles were coming out, which can great a fall hazard for the kids. The swimming pool had bottle waters inside and lots of sand, but we highly recommend this hotel and enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back!

I can’t sleep due to bed very bad condition

I usually dislike something on each of my trips and thankfully this is the first time in many years I can’t find something for improvement in this experience at the Fraser I’ll give them a 10 or a 5.9 stars this was a business trip however I’m coming back for pleasure and definitely I will book it again from the beginning to the end was perfect as an american business owner I’m very pleased

The hotel's administrative services leave a lot to be desired. The hotel is difficult to reach by phone or email, and they cannot help you with the issues that concern you. So I couldn't shorten the reservation by one day - neither in advance nor when checking in. And when I actually check out earlier, the entire amount is still charged. This actually does not correspond to the clearly defined rules. It is not possible to print out the invoice when checking out; it can only be sent by email if you ask again. Rooms are ok. Extremely loud and inflexible air conditioning. Breakfast is a very meager offering. Pictures look good - reality is sobering. Isn't worth the price. Not really recommended. There are far better offers in Riyadh - especially if you take into account the rather poor administrative service.

Not a 5 star hotel service. No smile by the team, pool area needs renovation, cold atmosphere, very bad design of the lightings in the room, low cost material for furnishing the room.

wonderful welcome

It was a true 5 Star hotel with super courteous and helpful staff. 2 things that I would like to see improved are breakfast menu options, not as widespread and different room options were not clear on Expedia until we got to the hotel.

Pas vraiment 5 étoiles. Hôtel récent mais déjà pas mal de dégradation. Petits endommagements qui ne sont pas ou mal réparés. Finition pas toujours à un niveau 5 étoiles. Très bonne cuisine et abordable mais petit-déjeuner buffet pas adapté à un séjour long terme. Les odeurs/parfums pas toujours agréables dans certaines parties de l’hôtel, commencent à vite mais c’est sans doute culturel. En général un bon hôtel pour ce prix mais pas comparable avec les vrais 5 étoiles à Riyad.

Mooie kamer/studio, iets kleiner dan aangekondigd maar meer dan genoeg. Temperatuur goed ingesteld. Tv aan salon & tv aan bed. Ruim zwembad (15m?) op dakterras, gym & sauna/hamam. Gratis wasmachine & droogkast (Miele). Supermarktjes vlakbij.

I have booked two nights here for two rooms. This doesn’t match any 5 star, I would say it’s average 4 star amenities and ambience. We didn’t like it and wanted to check out next day. They didn’t have us refund for the night. Management was not there to speak to them as well.
