It was absolutely lovely staying at Hilton Suites Jabal Omar! All the staff members were friendly and helpful!

Good: Love the service Elevator: card acess is only on one side. In addition, the card access sometime does not read well.

Room was not well cleaned, air conditioner was very hot and not works properly.

The service, staff and facilities were all great. I loved that it was very close to haraam and connected to nice mall with great dining options.

Prayer place excellent but customer must knows you have prayer place…..

Exceptional level of service. The team really do care and provide an outstanding service, caring and attentive to your needs. Noor (from Karachi) was kind enough to provide herbal tea to help with a sore throat and cold.
