Nice and clean hotel, friendly staff. Very comfortable stay for Umrah at just a few minutes drive from Haram. Also offers free shuttle service to and from Haram, 24 hours. Stayed multiple times over the past three years.

Considering the price I paid was relatively cheap, the room was fantastic. Had a lovely spacious bed and a clean bathroom and the room itself was very spacious for 1 person. Also the service was great with English speaking staff and they also helped me when my key card was not working. Overall great stay

The best hotel I've stayed in Makkah. The service was great. The lady behind the reception on 12th July midday was very helpful and treated us like worthy guests. I look forward to my next visit and will only be booking here in the future.

Rooms were great but the bathrooms had problem. One bathroom was always wet due to shower water running all over the bathroom floor; another bathroom had water leak. Staff were super friendly and always attentive. Reservation was a little hectic as the rooms reserved online was different from what we received. Also, we reserved 2 rooms for our family of 5. These rooms were in 2 far apart (same floor) so we constantly had to walk all the way to the other side of hallway to check up on our daughters.

Grear location in Azizia with hourly buses to Haram during Ramadan, very good restaurants close by. Good price! The Ramadan buffet was really bad they need to improve on this. It was good on 2022 but now the quality is not good. No fresh juices, no shawarna stall and they charge 70 per head. I love this hotel so please improve your Ramadan buffet

I had a great stay, the staff were friendly and welcoming from the first day to the last, always helpful in assisting, shuttle service was frequent, my only negative was finding the shuttle going back from the haram - I did have an idea in mind of asking whether I could keep an Apple air tag on the shuttle bus to help me identify the location but I never got around to proposing that idea.
Buffet food was good, wasn’t necessarily a fan of the price but it’s good for people travelling in groups/ families.
Amenities in the room were solid, soap, shower gel, shampoo, towels… bed was good had good night sleep most nights (other than when I was battling the flu had the ac off). Overall standard you’d expect from a 4 star hotel

There were issues with the shower drain. They put us on the fourth floor, which was under renovation. When we asked if we could change the room, they said no. Also, the electric kettle wasn't working, so we went downstairs and asked twice for another one, but no one assisted us. I believe we deserve compensation for the two days we stayed.
