Great place to stay

Excellent

Everything was excellent except lift.

This was a good stay . However, the numbers of the lifts and the capacity of the lift chamber is very limited. Specially, during peak times, the people , including elderly and children, had to wait longer to get a place in the lift. Check in was smooth. Staff was friendly. Breakfast menu was excellent. Room services were good.

The location of the is the west. The Hotel's restaurant's are very expensive if you want to pay cash. Only one restaurant fee are little cheaper (Anber restaurant) but the mfood quality was not that good.

It’s near to gate 79 of Haram Sharif.

Very close to Haram. Quiet side entrance gets you into the building (Tower 2). Close to shops which makes it very convenient. A shout out to Brother Munir who was of great service & help during our stay. Would definitely recommend. (even though the lifts can sometimes take a while to go up & down the 23 odd floors)

I had a terrible experience at Makkah Towers from Feb 19 to Feb 22. While the check-in process was smooth and the allocated room was spacious with an extra bed, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. First, the cleanliness and maintenance were unacceptable. The carpet was dirty, the iron was old and broken, and worst of all, the bathroom sink was severely damaged, as seen in the pictures I took. It’s shocking to see such poor upkeep in a hotel of this standard. The parking issue caused immense stress. I was initially told that my special needs parking sticker qualified me for free parking, so I left my car. The next morning, I came to know that the request was denied and therefore, to pay the full amount and move my car outside to free parking far in the other part of the city named Kudai Parking. Later, the hotel contacted me for feedback and promised a refund, but it was just empty words. Despite multiple follow-ups, nothing was resolved—no refund, just frustration and mismanagement. Due to the mismanagement and false assurances provided, my entire stay was marred by stress and frustration. Instead of offering a seamless and comfortable experience, the hotel’s incompetence tarnished what was intended to be a tranquil visit. The prices are significantly inflated, and the quality has been severely compromised. I would strongly advise against recommending this hotel to anyone seeking a hassle-free stay in Makkah. I am deeply disappointed with the experience.

I was great but the only issue which was huge that the elevators was hard to get I missed couple of prayers because of that I time me and my Wife Waited 45 minutes for the elevator and in the end we actually walked down from the stairs from the 9th floor down.

I stayed at the towers section of the hotel and the lifts were a constant problem. Out of 3 lift one was permanently not working and in the rest one of them would suddenly stop working. There was a huge number of people squeezing into lifts to a scary amount. Staff was excellent, we had a water issue they fixed it at 2 am, gave us a room upgrade, front desk manager was very courteous however getting to the front desk through basement and parking lot is a bit annoying. I would recommend the hotel section over the tower section have heard that is a lot better. The BEST thing however is the proximity to Haram with both towers and hotels so if you want a better room and less lift hassle go for hotel, if you want something slightly less pricey and are okay with some issues, ho for towers.
