I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an issue I faced with the payment for my stay at Swissotel Makkah.
Despite the payment being made with Traveloka, the hotel declined the transaction, which caused significant inconvenience. As a result, I was required to make a manual payment to settle the charges. This situation was unexpected and should have been handled more smoothly.
I would appreciate an explanation of why the vendor’s payment was declined and any steps to prevent such issues in the future.
Additionally, the Hotel has refunded my payment but it will take some time. I'm anxiously waiting and hope this can be settled as soon as possible.
