毎日出掛けている間に確実にメイキングをしてくれました。全てにおいてこちらの意図しているサービスを行なってくれました。朝食もメニューが充実しており美味しかった。隣に食事を調達できる店舗が複数あり便利でした。一つだけ難点は空港や中心地から離れていること。

We had a great stay here. The hotel looks amazing, we were shocked when we entered on how amazing it looked. The customer service and the staff were amazing. We are bumped up to a nicer room even though we checked in quite late. Will definitely be back!

Great place and easy to find

The Lady at the reception wasn't able to understand me, her English was not that good. I asked for a quit room and I got one directly on the main street, it was awful. I went down again and asked for another room, got one on the 7th floor but again on the main street. I could not sleep. The biggest disaster was that I forgot my IWatch in the first room and I could not get it back. I trucked the watch trough " where is" and it showed that the watch is in the hotel. I tried many time to call the hotel and at the end managed to talk to someone who denied to find any watch in the room. I had the all evidences but he showed no interest to help me getting back the watch . It was awful experience.

Albergo moderno, elegante, stanze grandi e bagni nuovi. Ristorante non adeguato. Lamento il fatto che essendo cliente Hotels.com gold con accesso VIP avrei dovuto usufruire di un credito di 50 SAR a camera su consumazione cibo che mi è stato negato. Pertanto vorrei che Hotels.com non offrisse benefits che poi non vengono rispettati.

The furniture and decoration is not new as in the pictures. The sink water tap is loos. There is poor sound proof walls and doors. The receptionist is trying his best but not aware of the procedure for VIP coupons by hotel reward. The location near Haramain Railway Station but needs 7 minutes car ride.

I wouldnt stay again

Booked none smoking room.. but there were none available. I had to stay in smoking room for a day and then they replaced it with none smoking room.

It's a solid 4* hotel. Nicely decorated lobby and welcoming staff. Check in was very fast. Also for a room service order I've been waiting less than 15 minutes. My room was spacious and well appointed. The bed (king size) very comfortable. Large stain of the carpet, broken towel rail and no tissues in the bathroom would be the only downside. Breakfast very poor. I went for my breakfast just after 8.00am. Scramble eggs were already cold and tasteless. Not a big selection for those who wants continental breakfast. Inattentive staff. Ended up having a croissant and coffee only.

الفندق ممتاز و نضيف واثاثه جميل وهادئ، فيه مواقف سيارات سفلية، الفطور عادي التكييف متوسط، يعني اللي معود انو ينام او يجلس في غرفة باردة جدا، ما ح تناسبه الغرفة الحمام الله يكرمك فيه ريحة، لازم تبخ عطروتقفل الباب عشان تختفي الريحة الغرفة مافيها عازل صوت
