巴拉楚利什酒店

Hotellet er 150 år gammelt, men det er bare en ekstra charme. Værelset var stort og rummeligt og dobbeltsengen var stor og super god. Maden (både morgen og aften) var også fantastisk. Parkering er lige ved siden af hotellet.

The hotel was beautiful, breakfast was fantastic. The only downfall was waiting quite a while to check in despite the bell at the front desk.. we enjoyed using the sauna at the sister hotel. Would definitely return.

It was great. Didn’t have the best service at dinner which was disappointing especially because it was so expensive. But food was amazing

The restaurant was over priced and the steak was not worth the price. Id recommend finding food elsewhere.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views. The restaurant was everything we hoped for. Great service and great food. You can walk around the nature trails and there’s another eco hotel down the road with a food truck and small bar. Would definitely stay here again

Phenomenal place, everyone's Scottish dream, cozy, elegant, with spectacular views and such a memorable sunset. The room was comfortable and quiet with everything we needed and the breakfast was scrumptious. I can't wait to come back!

Auf unserer Schottlandreise war dies unser Lieblingshotel. Es ist recht gut gelegen und hat einen bezaubernden Charm. Die Zimmer waren renoviert und das Bad sehr großzügig. Die Abende haben wir in der Lounge / Bar verbracht, die mit einem Kamin ausgestattet war. Das Ambiente war sehr schön und angenehm. Das Frühstück bestand aus einem reichlichen Buffet, welches alles zu bieten hatte, was man sich wünscht. Außerdem gibt es genügend Parkplätze vor dem Hotel, sodass man entspannt dort parken kann.

The staff was excellent! We rolled in at 8:45 and the restaurant closed at 9. The receptionist called the restaurant and asked them to get us a table ready. The restaurant staff was great! They did not mind that we came in so close to closing!

Beautiful building but far from anything so difficult if you don’t have a car. Can not walk to anything.

First the hotel has an incredible charm. From the outside looking like you're staying at a castle, to the beautiful lounge and amazingly creaky stairs. The staff were fantastic and the free breakfast was incredible. I wish I could have stayed longer.

We had a lovely and relaxing stay here. The setting was beautiful and the building was lovely and historic. We enjoyed breakfast every morning.

First of all the desk staff were obliviously disrespectful to my 86 year old mother, leaving her to drag her luggage up a flight of stairs! No offer to help her! They were flippant! Rude! When we had a problem with the reservation there was no empty! Just rude and disrespectful, when they should be apologetic and helpful. The room had no tissues, no facecloths, no pen or paper, no bible, no microwave and no refrigerator! I have insulin that needs refrigerating! There was a light shining directly into our bedroom window all night long that was very disturbing also a light was shining under our door going off and on all night long! The dinner was way too expensive and made me sick! I had diarrhea all night long! The breakfast eggs were Cold practically inedible and the staff were rude to us practically accusing us of stealing! There was only one coffee in the room! When I asked for ice I was told to go to the bar to get it. Then the bar tender made a stink about me getting some! Said he didn’t have much! Because of the reservation mix up we did not get our room cleaned! The hallway was damp and musty smell very bad. Now, the only positive was our server named Chloe! She was GREAT and put all the other staff to shame! You really need to retrain your team!
