Great breakfast and a convenient location.

This is a lovely guest house - very well appointed and comfortable. The owner is extremely helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Travelers arriving on the train should note that the guest house is approximately 6/10 of a mile from the train station. It is not a difficult walk but could be trying in bad weather.

Warm welcome from the host Mark who provided us with all the info we needed for our stay. Room was very clean, nicely decorated and had all we needed. Our only issue was that the room was small and there was limited space for our suitcases. Breakfast was spot on! Good quality food served to the table. Good value for money.

We got delayed in getting to Aviemore before the check in time. The owner was very gracious and set up our room and gave us the code to the door. Breakfast was good but it’s not self service for the fruit, yogurt and juices. You’ll need to find a staff person to get it for you. The location was great for walking and lots of food choices nearby.

Excellent hospitality! Breakfast was phenomenal! Only a couple things…a hair dryer would have been helpful and we didn’t get replacement toilet paper one day, but we had extra with us. Appreciated the recommendations of places to see! Would stay again!

Absolutely lovely staff so helpful. Huge choice at breakfast served by friendly helpful staff. Food well cooked and presented. Bike repair issue meant we could not leave for home until much later in the day. Offered the use of residents lounge for waiting. Highly recommended.

Easy check in, comfortable room and lovely en-suite, breakfast was fresh and very tasty!

We were a big party of 10 and we had a great time staying with you guys. We did ask on the second morning if we could all eat breakfast in the conservatory area and were told no we had to sit at our allocated tables, this did seem a bit strange but it did not detract from our enjoyment . Mark is a marvellous host

Dans une ville animée où il y a de nombreux hôtels, le choix de cet endroit est raisonnable. Prix élevés mais normaux pour la région. Bon petit déjeuner, avec du choix. C’est un hôtel de 14 chambre, pas une guest house.

Staff were pleasant and kind. It was easy to find food options and outdoor activities in the National Park. Lovely place to stay.

Absolutely loved the Cairngorm guest house & the location was amazing; pubs / restaurant walkable.

This is a perfect place for a stay during a visit to the Highlands/Inverness/Cairngorms National Park. We stayed with our children. The breakfast was delicious. Mark our host was super helpful upon arrival and was extremely accommodating. The guest house was so clean and well furnished. We enjoyed the use of the front living room area. We also were able to do some laundry which was great. I would highly recommend this guest house!

Room small room but comfortable ,but all u need for 1 night.near to centre .breakfast was great ,only downside water took too long to dispear from shower and had to switch it off before over flowing .

Exactly what I needed as a base for hiking. Really friendly staff, excellent room, good breakfast, close to all town’s facilities (without being in the middle of them.) All good!

Although the room was quite small, it was a good choice for our stay in Aviemore. It was very clean. The breakfast was delicious. The hosts were friendly.
