The apartment is neat and tidy, with sufficient daylight in the daytime. Easy access to the office for luggage storage, just a few blocks away from the apartment. It is definitely recommended for a romantic travel for two!

Good location

You have washing machine contain dryer. Clothing hanger, kitchen with all eating stuff. You can have grill chicken here. Everything just like your home.

位置好，房間大又整潔，在這邊度過很美好的兩晚

位置方便但是房型很詭異甚至一進房有怪味，窗戶打開沒有任何景觀甚至有施工圍籬所以無法開窗，房間老舊且廁所排水孔堵塞，搬運行李進房沒有電梯需要爬樓梯很辛苦。寄放行李需要另外加錢

房間乾淨，有微波爐，附近不遠處也有超商，可買小餐點回來熱，且鄰近火車站，很方便 房間設備齊全，有家的感覺 客服回應迅速

Clean, comfort apartment and have a good location. It's convenient that just simply using the code to check in by yr own time which without time limitation

Hotel is conveniently located in front of Edinburgh Hauptbahnhof.Guest room is spacious with a cozy sofa.

房間十分舒適，設備齊全，還設有洗衣機。但床太軟，不好睡。需搬行李上二至三層樓梯。地點方便，有行李寄存服務。service center 在三個街口外。

Me and my husband stayed there for 3 nights, the apartment was spacious nicely furnished. Since there was a supermarket nearby, we could prepare our own meals by using the kitchen facilities. The location of the apartment was great too - very close to the train station and the main shopping street. A minor issue is that the lift was located on the 1/F and hence, guests will need to climb up the stairs (with luggages) for one level. The apartment office offered free luggage storage service and the office was a few blocks away from the apartment (approx. 10 mins from the apartment by walk). If you are not carrying too much luggage, it won't be a big issue though. Last but not least, I would like to mention that the staff was helpful and responsive, they responded to my emails/phone call and answered my enquiries promptly.

Idéalement situé au coeur de la vieille ville, l'appartement est bien équipé et spacieux. Il y a un ascenseur mais il faut emprunter un escalier jusqu'au 1er étage pour l'atteindre. Il y a un comme un bruit de ventilation permanent qui peut être gênant.

We enjoyed our stay but didn’t realize we would not get fresh towels at least every couple of days. We tried to wash them but it proved difficult. There was considerable black mold in the shower. The place was safe and secure. It would not be advisable for someone with mobility issues and there were a lot of stairs and elevators were up a full flight of stairs.

Amazing location, great communication with queries. However, room was 26 degree and didn’t cool down at all even with air con on. There’s huge extractor fan for KFC at the bathroom window in flat 1b and it was really noisy all night! Also made the room smell like KFC

I've tried but I still can't not be mad about the washer. Advertised as having a washer - first night there could not find the washer and there was only an after hours line for emergencies. So I called first thing in the morning and the woman on the phone was absolutely no help. Kept telling me it was in the kitchen. IT WAS NOT IN THE KITCHEN!! I AM NOT STUPID. Tell me once or twice you are trying to help. Tell me five separate times you are saying I am an idiot. The agent should have been able to look up the unit in a file to give details about it. The washer was in a cabinet BEHIND A CHAIR - no handle or label on the cabinet to suggest it opens and the washer is hiding there underneath the boiler. The unit is also advertised as having a lift. Partially true - you have to lug your luggage up 33 steps (I counted) to get to the lift to take you the rest of the way up. Poor noise control - people partying until the wee hours at night, non-stop construction work all morning. Not meant for light sleepers. No a/c which is usually understandable but it was very hot and there was only a cheap fan - could not open the windows very far and couldn't leave them open because of the noise. By itself the unit is nice but all of the other factors make it a poor choice for me.

This property was fantastic for a short stay the only drawback was the amount of stairs it took to get to the apartment it was quite the challenge to get ᵀᴴᴱ luggage up and down

Perfect location, great room but no air con

Great location for rail travel. Easy access in/out. Could use more linen service and if staying for more than 2 days.
