Great view, great room, great bathroom, great service. The breakfast was a bit scant and the "sound-proof rooms" promised were nowhere to be found, but a fantastic find for this price.

Small but very well appointed hotel. Clearly redone recently. Everything was spotlessly clean and immaculate. Louise who I believe is the owner and manager greets you personally and clearly takes a huge amount of pride in her work and ensures all guests are looked after. She took time to talk to you offering advice and guidance. Service is so important and we feel we got great service from her. Only negative for room 7 was simply the size, it's is small and hard to find space for suitcases without blocking the bathroom or door. Amazing soaps. The road is close by, but we heard nothing from it, windows keep everything out. Breakfast bag is basic, however perfectly adequate for us. Thank you

Very nice room it was clean and modern, the view was nice too. Room was maybe a bit cramped with the luggage but we were only using the room as a base to chill after our days out. Really lovely host, the breakfast included was lovely too. Thank you so much!

It was alittle noisy when our neighbours turned up at 3 am. Otherwise very good.

Loved staying at Edenside house. Lovely immaculate room, beautiful location and very helpful host. Highly recommend.

A beautiful property in a great location for St Andrews. The owners go that extra mile and provide everything you need and more. Our room was excellent and I will definitely stay here again when going to St Andrews

We stayed for four nights as we were playing golf at st Andrews. Eden side house was ideal a short 5 minute drive into town. The room was clean and bright. The views across the estuary were amazing from the garden

The hotel is a little out the way of St Andrews off of a main road in the outskirts, but a bus stops right outside (if you flag it down) and takes literally 5 minutes into the center. The rooms were incredibly clean and the staff did everything in their power to ensure everything was COVID friendly and prepared which helped us feel at ease. Great view over the horses field and although rooms were basic they were tastefully decorated, modern and beds were comfy.

Great stay - nice rooms, great communication- well looked after

Check in emails didn’t come through, but that is now fixed by the owner. Had a wonderful view of the water with birds, horses and rabbits all about. Super comfortable beds and a very welcoming couple who run the inn. On my check-out day a guest had blocked the back parking lot, the owners were not in at 8am, so I wad to go knocking on doors to find the car owner to make my flight. Please put up some non parking signs.

Super accueil, logement parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. Fraîchement rénové avec une magnifique vue sur l’estuaire. Pas de petit déjeuner, mais un choix de thé, cafés, lait, biscuits et chocolat...de quoi bien démarrer la journée avant de se rendre à 2 minutes en voiture pour prendre un magnifique petit-déjeuner dans un Farm-shop/restaurant ( un bon pour une boisson chaude est offert par l’Hôtel). C’est un excellent point de départ pour visiter Saint Andrew (4 minutes en voiture), la cote du Fife, le « secret Bunker »,... Quelques tables à l’extérieur permettent de faire un pique-nique en observant les oiseaux et le mouvement des marées... Bref une étape à recommander avec un rapport qualité/prix intéressant par rapport aux autres hébergements dans le secteur.
