Fine general but the toilet is a bit run down.

Lovely place. Staff where very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely too also other meals were great Would recommend this holiday inn. My family and me would definitely stay here again. And bus stop outside the holiday inn to take you into Edinburgh and other places

Der Service und das freundliche Personal waren top! Das Frühstück war sehr gut und umfangreich. Beim Zustand des Badezimmers und der Poolanlage gibt es Verbesserungspotential. Ein Schlafplatz verfügte nicht über eine Steckdose oder einen Lichtschalter.

Very comfy beds, friendly staff, clean. I didn't like that there's no microwave nor fridge.

Das Hotel ist bereits einige Jahre alt und müsstet mal komplett saniert werden. Das Bad ist sehr alt, Abfluss funktioniert kaum. Sehr abgewohnt!!

Great location - adjacent to the Heathrow Airport - walk through the short term parking - about 100 yards Typical Hilton - excellent location & well kept facility. Will definitely stay here next trip to England

About 10 minute walk away from evening dining.

The hotel is close to zoo, so several buses to the city center are available at the bus stop just in front. It lies in a pleasant residencial neighbourhood. The breakfast is a matter of taste: good for the English standards maybe, but no papaia, no melon and no cheese. There is no self laundry and the nearest one is about 2 km, the same distance to a good Sainsbury supermarket.

Great hotel!

Staff were great. Wifi was terrible and 1 of the 2 USB chargers in our room didn’t work.

No issues with the property on the inside, maybe the outside could do with a clean to brighten it up as it’s the first thing you see on arrival but no issues inside and beautiful views from the dining area and liked the bar.

The hotel is generally good. However, the WiFi didn’t work in the room, there was no minibar, and the breakfast had limited options. The staff was friendly and tried to help with the WiFi issue.

Had granddaughter with me the childrens buffet in evening was brillant for het All staff wete very helpful amd polite Breakfast is brillant as well

It is a busy facility and the staff continues to give a good service to all the visitors. Room was prepared as discussed and my Hubby’s birthday celebration went on well with your help. I will recommend the Hotel.
