Proximity to bus station is great for me.

Good but could’ve done with ac.

Excellent hotel, very clean and disabled friendly.the rooms are perfect,very comfortable beds and love the dove bodywash/handwash,really nice touch . All staff were extremely polite & very helpful. Car park is directly opposite the hotel. Shops are close by, all down hill. Many restaurants very close by. The only downside was the roadworks all around the building. But on the upside ,you don’t hear anything inside the rooms, they are pretty much soundproof,whoop whoop

Great place to stay with clean rooms and comfortable beds. We loved seeing Glasgow and being able to stay here.

We arrived at the hotel from a delayed flight at 03.30, tired and weary. The gentleman at reception was very helpful, he arranged a late check out for us, this was very much appreciated after a long day. Bed was very comfortable and we both slept well. Staff on check out were friendly and cheerful. Will definitely use this hotel again.

The property was clean and tidy the noise was terrible coming from outside, there was road work going on and when asked the reception when the noise stop out she turn round and said it’s not my fault the council are working outside

3泊しました。 グラスゴーセントラル駅とグラスゴークイーンストリート駅から徒歩圏内です。グラスゴーセントラル駅から歩く場合は、緩やかながら長い坂を登ることになるので、重い荷物を持っていたら大変かもしれません。 付近にコンビニや飲食店も多く、立地は良いと思います。部屋も清潔で毎日シーツ交換があります。 朝食が無料だったのは物価の高いイギリスにおいて、ありがたかったです。ただし価格相応といったところで、全体的に特別おいしいと言うわけではありません。マフィンとソーセージはおいしかったですが。 また泊まると思います。

We were quite late checking in and got the rooms near the lifts. The receptionist apologised but said that was all they had left. There was some noise in the night as people came in at all hours. Breakfast ok.

Close to Glasgow city center. Within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Street out front undergoing construction so drop off and pickup in front are a little difficult.

Good value for money. Easy access to touristic areas and dining options. Discounted parking right opposite the hotel.

The room is apparently clean, especially the sheets and towels. But the rest of the room is very dusty, and the carpet is truly disgusting. It's impossible to be without shoes. Upon checking out, I received an intimidating response that I couldn't leave any bags because they didn't have space. However, while I sat down to write to customer service, other guests were coming to collect their bags, and they still hadn't accepted mine. I had to stay on-site to see if a manager could help. And nothing. Everyone is on vacation, and they left the receptionist, Janina, in charge. I think she's limiting her efforts, and I paid the cost of that.

From our initial greeting in reception to our final departure, the staff were so friendly and outgoing. The hotel is perfectly situated for central Glasgow

Arrived at the hotel after an exhausting 11 coach trip. Check in was slow as the member of staff ignored us and spent her time talking in a foreign language to 2 guests she was checking in which took her well over 5 mins! Eventually another member of staff appeared and dealt with us. She was very friendly and helpful. We had an excellent stay in a lovely room and breakfast was amazing! Will definitely book this hotel again.

Les chambres sont petites mais bien pensées et lits très confortables. Environnement bruyant à cause des réparations mais tout le reste était ok
