Holiday Inn Express GLASGOW AIRPORT, an IHG Hotel

The check-in clerk Nicole was so friendly and courteous. We arrived after an early morning flight into Glasgow airport. She stored our luggage until our room was ready. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet while we waited. Our room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. We left at 4:30 am to catch our next flight, the front desk staff wished us a safe flight.

Staff are excellent - manager especially highly professional.

We were able to walk there from the airport and also walk to our car rental. Helpful Staff and very friendly.

The hotel is ok for one night stay, but, the smell of the dust in the room was awful.

This hotel is an excellent option for travellers arriving and departing from Glasgow airport. The main terminal is an easy, safe 2 minute walk, with the 500 airport express bus (which goes right to Queen Street station) stance right outside the terminal. Staff at the hotel are friendly, helpful, and informative. There is a bar and dining for the evening hours and, for early departures, a well-stocked continental breakfast bar starting at 4am. The rooms are very clean and quiet. Overall, an excellent option, and I will continue to choose this hotel when traveling to and from Glasgow.

We arrived at 3am , our toddler needed whole milk for his bottle and the lovely receptionist was so accommodating and helpful and so friendly - outstanding service

We stayed here twice.. before and after our trip to Norway. We chose it so we could walk to the airport from there. Ate a meal there each stay.

Location was excellent, but very limited when it came to dining opportunities (not surprising, considering the location). Room was very small and clean, but bathroom sink would not drain which was a bit unpleasant with five people using it.

We picked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport, and we weren't disappointed. We could easily walk out of the terminal, through a parking garage, and directly to a path that took us to the hotel. They also have a restaurant right near the lobby check-in counter and serve food until fairly late in the evening. Coming from the airport and then going back again in the morning for another flight was really easy.

It is a very nice, newly decorated reasonably priced hotel. The staff were very kind. Breakfast had several options, including most of a traditional Scottish breakfast. They stored our bags for a couple days without a charge. I highly recommend it.

I booked this room for 2 adults, 1 child and 1 infant, however the travel cot provided couldn’t fit with the sofa bed.

Pull-out sofa was bunch of springs and not much mattress. Breakfast was good. Sound insulation is good, did not hear airport or hightway
