Staff were friendly, rooms were big enough for what we needed. Good choices at breakfast. Only negative was our room backed onto the lifts so.we could here it going up and down throughout the night.

Awful. Noise from lift was unbearable. Asked to move. Was met with confrontation & demand to pay for room upfront when kids were so tired they were in tears. Shocking service. Never ever will we set foot in there again.

Staff v friendly and helpful but beds and pillows not comfortable & rooms look pretty tired really need updating.

I like the fact that you do not have to check out until 11am Most hotels have you out at 10am. Convenient for airport, a 5 min walk.

Nice check in / out process. Great breakfast. Did feel the room is quite tight to move around once beds are out but as an overnight stop before a flight it does the job well.

I booked one night at Holiday Inn Express Glasgow Airport for 2 adults and 2 older children at a cost of £165 (with discount code). The room provided was nowhere near big enough to comfortably accommodate us all. The fold down sofa bed left a very small space between the end of the bed and the wall, making it difficult to pass. Because the bed took up most of the available floor space, there was nowhere to put our 4 cases. The mattress on the sofa bed desperately needed replacing, as the sleep was extremely uncomfortable, and every spring could be felt. The room was not adequately soundproofed, with loud music coming from an adjacent room keeping us awake, not ideal when we had to get up for an early morning flight. Two USB ports were not operational, not great with 2 kids wanting to charge devices. The evening food menu was limited and extremely overpriced, so we ate at a nearby hotel instead. Overall, the room provided was very poor value for money. I do not recommend and will never book this hotel again.

Great property right next to the airport. The friendly staff, cafe and bar were perfect for a busy day of traveling.

5 min walk to airport. Great location.

Arrived from airport after a very late night delayed flight with 2 under 10 year olds. Welcomed by reception staff member, easy instructions to room, and very welcome clean room and comfortable beds were just what we needed. Bathroom was spotless, lovely shower with shampoo and body wash available. Breakfast was basic but everything we needed and very tasty. A very pleasant stay.

It was a very good location walking distance from the Glasgow airport. Staff were very nice. Room was very small but fine by Europe standards. Everything was very good with no complaints.

The hotel is within a seven or eight minute walk of the airport. It was easy to find of course, and we chose it after having booked the other Holiday Inn and comparing the ratings. We chose to move this one. Breakfast was OK similar and quality what you might find on an airplane. But not bad. Just acceptable. The staff were excellent. Our check-in was quick and efficient. We arrived quite early and we were able to leave our bags at reception while we explored Glasgow. Amusingly one of the finest parts of our room where the blackout curtains. It is very light in Scotland this time of year and it was an especially sunny day. When we woke up this morning, the room was pitch black the minute we opened the curtains. It was like the second coming of Christ! I wish I had curtains that worked that well at home. We highly recommend the Holiday Inn express. It couldn’t be more convenient. And if you’re dropping off a rental car, the hotel is a slow five minute walk from the rental counter, so you really can’t go wrong.

Excellent place to spend the night before an early flight. Very clean and comfortable, staff very friendly.

This property has a restaurant and bar. It serves a free delicious breakfast. It is within walking distance to the airport and most of it is under a covered walkway. It only took us about 5 minutes to walk to the airport with all of our luggage. It is a bit dated but all in all I would recommend it.
