Very rude and aggressive staff. Made the entire family of 8 uncomfortable. After other staff fixed the issues she continued to speak poorly about our family to other staff AND guests.

Can’t really review more. Accidentally made reservation here and tried to change it a month out but they wouldn’t allow it. Ridiculous. Our room sat empty that night and we paid for it

Au prime abord, accueil et salle de restauration / bar moderne, propre et accueillant
Cela s’est d’ailleurs vérifié au petit déjeuner très correct
Mais les lits d’à peine 1m20 pour 2 personnes, terriblement mous et inconfortables ne nous ont pas permis de nous reposer, sans oublier beaucoup de bruit

I booked a room with 2 twin beds. The hotel gave my room away and tried to give me a room with one double bed. I was traveling with my sister and that was unacceptable. The hotel had no other rooms with twin beds left and would not give us a refund even though we decided not to stay there.

The hotel was clean staff were friendly. The breakfast was great. The only negative was my view. Garbage cans. I can only imagine that in Summer there maybe it would be smelly when you opened the window at night. I would recommend either moving them or covering the cans. Otherwise no other issues
