服務很好 房間很美 地點很方便

good location but so noisy in mid night. Also no car park.

地點很好，車站對面，歺廳食物非常美味，早餐豐富好吃，晚餐也出色，價格合理 唯一是洗手間內沒有地方放護膚品及洗手盆設計欠妥，一開水便水花四濺。

酒店地理位置优越，出行方便，购物广场就在周边，服务也可以，不足之处是不能为客人寄存物品，其它都还OK

1.服務人員不算親切,就是正常沒有太多笑容服務。 2.分別住宿不同房間2晚差異頗大,第1晚住宿房間在內側裝潢比較老舊,燈光昏暗,第2晚住宿靠近對外街道,房間較新穎裝潢過,但是晚上外面pub聲音吵鬧,且從櫃檯往房間必須經過幾個小樓梯,對搬運行李有些不方便,飯店備品很棒是AVEDA的喔。 3.飯店位置極佳,就在愛丁堡火車站對面,附近也有很多可以逛的店家,因為我們在2晚住宿中間有安排蘇格蘭行程,飯店有讓我們寄放行李2天,這是最棒的服務。 4.在之前預定Royal British, Princes Street飯店評價都不太高,我們本來有點擔心,但是住宿過後,我們很想問的是,這個飯店CP值極高,怎會評價排名不高呢!

非常糟糕的酒店 我们当时入住的时候跟前台说了一家人2大2小，说房间只能住两个人。我们要求升级房间，他说没有家庭房。他当时也没有告知我们一间房不管大人还是孩子只能住两人，并且也没有说会有儿童占床位的费用。后来他们强制要求我们增加一个孩子50镑一晚，共300磅。太宰人了……我们住过很多英国的酒店，大部分一个家庭不需要增加费用，但极小部分是象征性的收一点点，也就5-10镑。糟糕的坑人的酒店

It was stated my room provided air conditioning when I booked this hotel in Hotels.com. But when I arrived I found there was no air conditioning in my room. I checked this out with the reception staff, the staff was absolutely very impolite and made excuse that was the website problem and it was not their fault. However, it was obviously their miscommunication with the website and they did not frequently check the information accuracy on the website. The attitude of staff was very irresponsible and I do not think this hotel is a good choice.

由於入住的房間沒有水，在還沒向飯店反應之前，飯店人員即主動安排隔壁旅館供住宿，且等級更好。而此飯店雖然略顯陳舊，但位置超棒，就在車站旁，很方便。

The room was small and was not maintained well which was far to justify the rate paid. Fair cleaniness. However, staff were courtesy and helpful. Location is the best feature of this hotel.

good location, but equipment can be much better

Very convenient location with supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

The senior lady in the reception was very helpful on 07/01 when i just got here. When i asked her about the grayline pickup, she phoned the company to help me with my tour. Very patient, kind, traveler-friendly. Highly recommanded.

The location is very good, just opposite to the railway station. And the room I stayed was newly renovated and very comfortable. But it needed some minutes to wait for hot water and there is lack of place to place the shower necessities in the shower area.

It was right next to the station and easy walking distance to the town

The room we jad had no draws at all. Very difficult to put clothes away ended up keeping the clothes in our suitcase. Not ideal.

It’s very convenient to Waverley and the bus station, which was very helpful, but there was construction on a building literally right out my window. Even with a sound machine, it was very noisy starting very early (often before 7 am) and ending at least 9 or later. Great location to many things in the city.
