酒店屬木建築 沒有電梯 房間的裝修較古舊 我們被安排住於二樓房間 上落要走不少樓梯 房間大小以英國來說比較小

Good, except car park indication is not clear.breakfast is not bad.recommended

Loved our room with view of the Loch. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Great breakfast and location perfect. The only fault was the weak pressure on the shower.

Cold small and bathroom very tired and looked like it had mould. Disappointing.

Lovely room with a view , spotlessly clean and a lovely breakfast. Already looking forward to our next visit. Only downside is that, Fort William is really quiet out of season.

Overall this hotel is a perfect base for exploring. Friendly staff and great location.

3 nights, first 2 night take the bath not enough hot water, like loop warm water. And the last night no hot water. Even the staffs said the boiler was running but definitely no hot water until the next morning.

Great option if you want to stay at the high street.

Friendly staff and a nice clean hotel. My only issue was the water supply in the shower, it was only ever lukewarm in the morning unfortunately.

Great location. About 5 minutes from train station. 2 minutes from shops, bars, restaurants. Really comfy bed. Decent breakfast. Good value for money.

Very nice room,we appreciated the old-fashioned welcome note, hotel information, and nearby amenities guide. The room included a jacuzzi (though we didn’t use it) and had a beautiful bed setup. However, the mattress felt quite old and shaky; it made noise whenever one partner turned. The carpet was also very dusty — I had to take a few puffs for asthma relief. The hotel has a charming old-school feel but could benefit from modern updates, such as digital options like QR codes for ordering. The Scottish breakfast was good, and there was self-parking available — it seemed unlimited, and I imagine parking wouldn’t be an issue even during peak times since there’s free parking nearby after hours. The location is convenient, close to amenities, and within walking distance to a lovely garden

Room was great and the hotel was central to everything - taxis, restaurants and the train station.

Great location

Room was cozy. Small “issue” was the heater didn’t heat all the way to the top, but wasn’t a huge problem for us. Staff was super friendly and good was great!
