We arrived early in the morning from the sleeper train and were easily able to leave our bags and given recommendations of what to see. When we checked in with Oggy it was smooth and easy.

Everything we needed excellent

No safe in room. Hotel charged for breakfast when I was checking in on the app despite breakfast included in the booking.

Only comment no newspapers any more and kit kat had not been in the fridge in vip room as normal

The hotel was advertised as being 4 stars. The shower curtain was full of mould. The room is very dated and there is no facecloth, body lotion or conditioner. All items that a better hotel should provide.

Perfect location

Handy for shops restaurants and train station

Lots of messages ahead of check-in including online check in which did speed up things on arrival. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and clean hotel. Good facilities. Would happily stay here again.

Fast, friendly and welcoming check in. Close to train station and shops and entertainment. Plenty of food outlets or very nice restaurant in the Leonardo for food and drinks. My only gripe was the orange stain down the front of the toilet on to the silicone and floor.

Door by the pedestrian crossing isn’t the main entrance. Wasn’t clear to me until it was explained by someone outside. Checked in, got confused by the lift that needs room key swiped. Found the room, happy with it apart from very limited light in the bathroom. Went for food and movie, couldn’t get back into reception at 0045. Had to be let out of Union square to come back in via door found earlier. Bed was great. Socket near it helped. Great breakfast

This hotel is well located next to Union Square. The breakfast was decent. Ain issue was the noise. My room overlooked the union square roof which is where many air con units are. The noise from these is loud and they came on early in the morning. The bathrooms are.tired. I wouldn't stay here again.

Often stay here on a short break with my wife. All staff from reception, bar/restaurant and cleanind staff we found very helpfull and friendly.

Stay was so good, staff were friendly and always smiling the room was spotless good breakfast and although the bathroom/ shower was fine I can’t complain, but would say that an upgrade of the bathroom wouldn’t go amiss, overall I have no complaints and would certainly stay there again.

The hotel is very tiered and needs investment, I won’t be staying again. I Asked 3 time to have the AC left on and this was promised but I was not done. I could make a better bed than house keeping. The bath room had flaky paint black marks and the both panel needed repainting

This hotel is adjacent to a shopping mall.

Idea location for arrival by train. Nice bar and dining areas. Large and comfortable room, hotel handily located next to shopping centre with dining options and also for local transport.

Hotel rooms and bathrooms are very tired and badly in need of an upgrade but staff are very pleasant and helpful and it is very convenient location.
