No issues other than the size of the room, the double room was tiny.

Easy acces and parking. Friendly and welcoming staff. Good breakfast and easy checkout.

Super friendly helpful staff, lovely breakfast

The staff was very friendly and helpful, made our stay very comfortable. The rooms condition was not upto the mark, and its terrible that the bathroom didn't have a ventilator/fan. It could be better maintained as a Mercure property.

Everything was great. Lovely staff, goodie bag, comfortable bed, bath mat. The shower was awkward to use and bath very deep to climb out of. The bathroom needed a bit of TLC. All in all it was great and we were only there for one night. Ideal location in the city centre.

Exellent location..Expensive breakfast for a self service but otherwise enjoyed my stay and would go again...

Loved everything but could do with an updated heating system. One small radiator in the room and when turned up to full it doesn’t heat the room thoroughly. Glasgow can be chilly in the winter months.

Very run down hotel that is in desperate need of refurbishment. Outwith that, wasn’t very clean, muscy smell and couldn’t swing a cat in the rooms

Central location yet quiet. Staff very helpful. Shout out to Rohan who was friendly and attentive.

The rooms are in need of an update and refresh.

Best thing about this hotel is the staff who were friendly, efficient and bent over backwards to make the stay pleasurable. My bathroom needed a general make over but overall the bedroom was fine, the bed comfortable and the temperature ideal

Staff very pleasent, friendly and helpful

A very nice stay. Staff were very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. The room was a little small. However, it is a city hotel and everything you need was in the room. The breakfast was great. All fresh and lovely laid out. The staff were very efficient and helpful. We never ate any other meals at the hotel but others said it was nice. It is right in the centre but I heard no noise at all. Very convenient for the shops and the railway stations.
