Clean room and shower. Comfortable bed.
First night was really noisy and we couldn’t sleep (room 104 , just in front of the reception door) but next day, lovely lady from reception gave us a room on first floor, at the end of corridor and we slept really well! Thanks for her!
Also, they have really good restaurant, we had awesome dinner there.

Very loud noises from the restaurant upstairs at 11pm. Apparently they were cleaning the floors. Then loud noises again in the hallway at 4am! Sounded like building work going on all around the room.

Room was good and Staff were very helpful.
Breakfast was of a good standard (Eggs Royale) and coffee was good. Reasonably priced too as we hadn't planned to eat there.
Special mention to the night staff when we checked in after 11pm on the wrong day but managed to squeeze us in anyway. It's that sort of service that can be sorely lacking in some of the Chain hotels.
