great apartment and very easy to check in with great support from the owner

Great riverside location- large, comfortable and well maintained. Slightly musty smell in bathroom but very clean. Recommend

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment. Modern and well equipped. Handy location for our visit. Quiet and pleasant outlook despite the disappointing river Wick. But we could also see the shortest street in the world so that made up for the river.

Property was good and as specified. We had apartment 4 which had 2 good sized bedrooms. We enjoyed the balcony especially being able to dine outside. Despite the negative reviews we were thrilled by the antics of a sea otter and spied on by a great seal. All rather marvellous. Would have stayed 2 nights if I would off realised how much to do in the vicinity.

Disappointed due to the scaffolding outside windows blocking the view (not informed period). Smell of dampness on arrival and the constant noise of toilet system filling up.

Excellent stay, only couple of points are that the double bed could be replaced as it’s really springy. Neighbours were really noisy at night.

The ground floor apartment is well equipped and has plenty of space and is in a good location. There are two major issues though: 1) The hotel.com Website advertises the apartment with a private balcony. However, there is none. So wrong expectations are set! You don’t get what you book. 2) Plenty of the pots and pans, and the sofa and table and floor in the living area were not clean. Bad enough under normal circumstances, but in times of Covid-19 it’s unacceptable. We had to deep clean before we settled.

Apartment was fine. Living room and kitchen area comfortable. Bed ok, but not great. Second bedroom layout not good - no bedside tables or lights. Lighting generally poor. Balcony great. Location good. Handy for shops, bars and restaurants. Shortage of wine glasses.

Great stay, owner very helpful after i booked wrong date. Apartment 4 was perfect for me. Home from home wirg everything to make stay comfortable at hand. Will be back and recommend Stephen

It was warm and comfortable. Not the property we were supposed to have due to Expedia' s fault but the landlord found us another of high standard.

This riverside apartment sounded good but in practice was disappointing. River views are awful: mud and seaweed. Local area is depressing. Apartment poorly equipped: no dishwasher, only two teaspoons, no shampoo or toiletries. Shower room is a wet room with no shower tray, but as it contains the only toilet very impractical. Poor communication from the owner about arrival. This was the most expensive apartment on our tour of Scotland but the least enjoyable.

The property was surprisingly large, the two properties were adjoining and were spacious. The property was clean, location is great, right next to the river and steps away from the town. I’d recommend this to anyone with a large family.

So superior to a local hotel stay. Great position, lovely lite up balcony looking out over the river. Good sized rooms, proper kitchen with all you might need, all of a good quality. Just round the corner from the main street with coffee shops, convenience store and a great Weatherspoons (open for breakfast). A perfect space to stay, work or base for holidays.

Nice flat - very comfortable. central to town. Helpful owner when we had a mixup re entry to flat.

Do yourself a favour and choose to stay in these stunning apartments instead of the tired hotels. Easy walk to restaurants and amenities. Great faculties of a high standard

Great apartment. Excellent location !!! Would come E back

The apartment was excellent, very modern and well equipped. Due to the timing of arrival we weren’t able to enjoy it to the fullest. There is a lovely outside balcony overlooking the river but we didn’t have enough time to relax there. The only negative was the beds which were very springy for our preferences. There was also a lack of communication about the arrival arrangements and access but we phoned ahead and was given a security code so no real issues. However, overall we were very happy with the accommodation and the location so would recommend.

The property was spacious but when we walked through the door, we smelt a damp, musty smell like it had been flooded from the river in the past which immediately put us off. The property wasnt overly clean in places although bathrooms were lovely and i loved the underfloor heating. Not sure id stay there again, sorry
