The room was very cute and accommodating. The shared bathrooms and kitchen were clean and stocked and the apartment was overall quiet. We enjoyed our stay!

What a stunning place! We’ve been driving around Scotland for a week this is the only place we said we’d come back and stay as a base to travel from. Our room was enormous, such a bonus to have a kitchen. Beautiful gardens. Thank you to the owners!

I stay at a lot of air b&b’s, shared bathrooms etc but this was not my favorite. I did like the key code entry and not having to be there at a certain time for check in and check out but there was a key code to get into the building and another to get into your room so every time you go to the bathroom or to shower you have to enter the key code again to get back in. There was a full kitchen so you could cook if you wanted to. The room smelled very odd like an unpleasant cleaning product? Had to air out the room. You need a car if you are staying here…not walkable due to no sidewalks for a long way. Sounded like elephants stomping above me but I thought it was a one floor place? Clean and neat. Many may enjoy it but it wasn’t on top of my list.

20 minute walk from the town centre, quick and easy to check in and out. Room was very clean and light and has a great little kitchen to make simple things if you were staying longer than one night

We stayed one night before journey home - good to find a property allowing one night stays. The communal areas of the house were stunning. The annex Cannich rooms, though, were less so - cramped and down at heel, with shared bathroom and kitchen. In fairness, the Cannich price probably reflects this, and the other rooms may well be lovely. Well organised check in and departure.

Best stay in Inverness. Huge, luxurious, calm.

Overall was a nice stay. Room was spacious with everything we needed, as well as being easily walkable to Inverness if you like a walk along the water.

I normally stay in hotels when away on business but decided to book into Rossal as it looked clean and modern. It was a great experience. I stayed in the studio apartment and it was spacious, clean and fully equipped. The bedroom and sitting area were spotless and comfy. The kitchen was fully equipped if you want to cater but I ordered in takeaway(Can recommend the Mangrove for Indian food). Bathroom was modern and clean. Plenty of parking available and only 5 mins from the city centre. Room guide mentions that due to the size of the building it can take some time for hot water to reach rooms so leave the shower on for around 5 mins before the water gets hot 😁. Wifi was easy to access and worked with no lag(I watched live football on my Ipad)

Apartment is in an addition to a heritage home in a quiet neighbourhood. Apartment is spacious, modern, well maintained. Very comfortable beds.

very helpful staff on duty. Great place to stay and very handy for a walk along the canal path into town

Access was simple and well communicated. If there was a comment to make it perfect, for a two day stay, it would be good to have a complimentary pint of milk and plenty of coffee and tea bags rather than the two provided. It felt penny pinching in what was a fine place to stay

Folks in the rooms above were quite loud, hard to change that in an old building though. Guest book said you could check out the common areas of the house but someone came to question us when we did. Overall good sized rooms with good door locks and comfortable beds.
