Nice central location Helpful staff Bar above provides 15% off drinks for hotel guests Rooms were very disappointing Dirty floors and bed My bed sheets had bugs on them when I got to my room and had clearly not been washed since the last guest Also the AC wall unit was not operational. No AC at all.

hotel en plein centre donc bien placé. Nous avons pris 2 chambres car nous sommes 2 couples. La notre était satisfaisante. Celle de nos amis trés petite avec unze baignoire trés haute pour nous retraités. Je dois préciser les nombreux escaliers pour rejoindre les chambres, trés dur pour nous également.

Sehr nettes Personal. Kostenloser Parkplatz!!! Teils etwas hellhörig aber dafür sehr sehr zentral, perfekt um alles per Fuß zu erkunden. In der Bar bekommen die Gäste 15% !!!

J'ai passé 2 supers journée dans cet hôtel, propre, calme et accueillant dans un quartier, plutôt animé... Les services étaient à ma convenance. Je recommande.

Hôtel sympathique mais il faut savoir que les chambres sont en sous sol dans un dédale d'escaliers et de couloirs, pas facile avec les valises. De plus les chambres sont assez mal isolées du bruit, on a été réveillé en pleine nuit par des voyageurs qui arrivaient au compte goutte dans les chambres + quelqu'un a même essayé de rentrer dans notre chambre en pleine nuit ! Le bar en revanche était sympathique et le personnel très gentil

Third time stayed in this hotel. It is centrally situated and although surrounded by lots of pubs and nightlife in Belmont Street, no noise was heard at all in my room. Friendly, helpful staff check-in and out. I was able to leave my small case in a locked room in bar to go Christmas shopping. Room immaculately clean, lovely Scottish bottles of hand soap, hair/body wash and conditioner. I will definitely stay here again

Yes clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location as minutes to Aberdeen Art Gallery, Theatre, Restaurants and Shopping.

me and my wife have been using this hotel when we want to get away from peterhead just for a treat and the staff and the rooms are Perfect location and size and cleanliness

Every thing was good, clean really nice room. Quiet. Only thing is bed was not very comfy. Maybe needs new mattress.

The hotel is situated on a busy bar and dining street.

The air con was down so it was absolutely roasting. Otherwise, room was clean and staff were kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, room immaculate, great air con as I was in room 8 which is down several floors and so hot when I arrived. Was braw and cool very quickly. Check in and check out staff really lovely. Can remotely check out, leaving door cards but I went into the bar to check out, as they let you leave your luggage; which is fab as I went shopping. Have a further 2 stays booked here. Highly recommend.

Staff was excellent, helpful, and very kind.

The property was fine, a great value for the money. But it is not a good option for folks with disabilities. Many steps and no elevator. The staff was great. Would work best for backpacking or college adults. Everything was within walking distance.

Really friendly lady at check in and out. Hotel was well situated and the room was clean, comfortable and had great air conditioning. Whirlpool bath with overhead shower, lovely Scottish shampoo, conditioner and hand wash. I will definitely stay here again. It would have been difficult if my partner was with me as he is waiting on a hip replacement and there were a lot of stairs to the room I was in.
