There was a problem (out of their control) with the room but they were very nice and comped us drinks and parking and breakfast. Great service.

Room was good size, bed was comfortable. Shower was good, bathroom good size. Check in was quick and easy. Bar was nice.

We got a cheap upgrade when we arrived so jumped at the chance. We couldn't have asked for a better room. Such a comfy bed & pillows were amazing. Best sleep we have had for a while. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Wouldn't definitely recommend to anyone to stay at the station hotel!

I observed that the hotel is short on staff in the restaurant and the only other issue is the remote location of the lift.

Direkt am Bahnhof. Für unsere Zwecke ausreichend. Teppich auf Treppen sind ein Sicherheitsrisiko. Frühstück war gut.

Right in the centre

Such a convenient location right across street from train station. Clean rooms, good breakfast and quiet. Perfect for a quick trip via train to Aberdeen.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Property in need of attention. Only 3 power sockets in large room, badly sited.

Staff were very helpful. Heating was off in all rooms apparently but we were given electric heaters with no problem. Family room had minor imperfections eg a light hanging out of socket slightly in bathroom ceiling, a fickle wall socket, the decor and carpet looked quite old but it waa still all very clean. Powerful shower. We had breakfast one of the days and it was very good. Reception gave us extra coffee etc when asked. Overall an enjoyable stay.

The location, the room, breakfast and great staff

Great location, right next to the station and shoos, bars etc. Service was good. Food choice was also good, not too pricey and even got 20% discount. Hoyel is a bit tired looking, nothing to bad though. Rooms are basic, beds are comfy. Only 2 minor niggles, 1. There is next to no cold water in the shower (in the room I was in) which meant scalding hot shower. 2. Room service bsd the bed, emptied the bins but for some reason left the coffee cup that I used (which was empty) half full of dirty tea coloured water. Which makes me think "how do they actually clean the cups? Just rinse them out?

This hotel exceeded our expectations, from the moment we walked in themain entrance, and when we arrived at our room it was a case of wow factor, Staff were amazing, cleaners reception and restaurant staff amazing, Parking on site £10, Fabulous delicious breakfast, Central location, Thanks station hotel

We only stayed one night but it was a nice stay. The hotel is across from the train station and close to the ferry terminal. We had a suite, which provided extra room. There was a step-up to the toilet that was a concern. In the middle of the night no one wants to trip in the bathroom. But it worked out okay. Our room was in an alcove with just one other room nearby, so it was quiet all night. All in all, an upscale hotel in a handy location.

The hotel and staff were friendly and helpful in answering questions about the area! The food was delicious and fresh!! The rooms were very clean and the hotel had a feel of old architecture mixed with new which left us with a very warm and inviting experience.

À FUIRE... Pas de parking (si mais payant, 5 places, non sécurisé et dans les poubelles), acceuil exécrable, et chambre sale et vetuste (sous les combles donc il faisait hyper chaud, sol sale, carrelage au sol cassé dans la salle de bain (coupant), velux cassé, ect.... Je ne reviendrais JAMAIS...

Great hotel

Do not stay here. Staff will not return emails, rooms are old dirty, stains on carpet, mold and other disgusting things in bathroom, and towels that should be white are yellow. A lot of gangs and homeless around.

Very nice room, quiet and comfortable. So convenient for train and bus stations. Safe for single traveller. Dinner was good. Would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Nice roon
