Séjour en famille de passage à St Louis. L'accueil par Boubacar était parfait. L'hôtel s'est chargé de nous mettre en relation avec un guide officiel pour découvrir la ville. Le dîner et petit déjeuner étaient agréable. Cet hôtel et le staff sont très professionnels. Encore Merci à eux

somehow they didnt receive my reservation from orbits after 1 hour of wating even when showing them my confirmed reservation they refused . i endup making a reservation on site and after contacting orbitz online they reimburse me but i end up leaving 3 hours later . some one was faulty either orbitz or them . an i should gt my money back .

Generally the hotel is good. Very quiet and peaceful with beautiful flowers all around.The staff were attentive and we enjoyed the food. There is direct access to a sandy beach and it’s possible to listen to the waves at night. The problem we had was the bed which had an extremely saggy mattress and after one night we both had neck and back pain and this just continued for the remaineder of our three night stay. I did mention it to reception on leaving but I believe they did not quite understand. If we had been staying for longer we would have asked to change rooms however on overhearing others conversation it seems all the mattresses were the same. Apart from this we really liked the hotel.

We book this property through Expedia. Followed back to the hotel with a phone call / email to add dinner to the booking the hotel staff mentions dinner is included to the price we paid at Expedia. When checking out the hotel demand we should pay dinner again. Very dissapointed in the organization of this property. First you can call them severally and send email with no one responding to you.

Heureux d'être dans un beau cadre et au calme. Chambre magnifique avec vue sur mer et piscine extra ! Petit déjeuner et dîner avec des produits locaux.

Wonderful place

To get to the hotel you have to go through the fisher village which smelly...But, the hotel is located in a nice and calm environment.The hotel has nothing exceptional but it is clean. The staff is courteous and will do its best to fulfill your desire. The breakfast is basic bread, croissant, milk, chocolate, coffee, orange juice, boiled eggs, jam, butter and La vache qui rit only -orange as fruit-. Don't take the pension or demi-pension option as the food is not that good at the hotel restaurant.

staff superb! poor ventilation in room due to one window and no cross breeze so we had to use air conditioning even though there were wonderful breezes outside. Meals good though breakfast was disappointing with no fresh fruit or juice given the plentiful mangos and melons all around. Beautiful location, clean and great "ambience". Staff very welcoming and helpful without being intrusive. Relaxed and comfortable.
