it’s very clean and the workers are very helpful

The place is nice whoever, we encountered over 4 different wall geckos in the room in the early morning.

Sehr freundlicher Service, Frühstück ok, Abendessen gute Qualität. Spektakuläre Tierbegegnungen. Lodge bietet Transfer z.B. zur senegalesisch-gambischen Grenze oder zur Fähre. Nachteilig: Schwimmbadein-und Ausstieg für Menschen mit Knieproblemen mangels Leiter schwierig.

Freundliches Personal , sehr sauber. Aber Pool für Menschen mit Knieproblemen kaum benutzbar, weil keine normale Leiter und nur sehr hohe Stufen ohne Geländer. Frühstück à la carte war nicht möglich, man musste Bufett nehmen oder nichts. Preis 18€ viel zu teuer für die gebotene Auswahl.

Pas à la hauteur des attentes. Mauvais rapport qualité/prix.

De l’arrivée au départ tout étais parfait. Le site, les tentes complètement WoW!!! Le restaurant et les repas, le rhinocéros qui est venu nous voir au souper tout prêt de la piscine, la marche au lion, une expérience incroyable et le safari petit mais intéressant.

It was just lovely having comfort and nice accommodations but still feeling like you were out in the wilderness. The monkeys in the tree right outside our door were such a sweet added bonus

The setting was spectacular, the food was on point and the guest help was amicable.

We had issues during our check in that took too long to resolve. After a 3 hour drive we had to wait more than 1 hour because they could not see our payment made online. Despite us showing all the proof we had (receipts and transactions) and asking to see the manager to resolve it, we were held at the reception and asked to pay there multiple times. However the staff more than made up for it during our stay. They were very helpful and cooperative. The activities were interesting as well, especially the safari (we got lucky and spotted all the species present in the reserve). The place is quiet and peaceful as you would expect in a natural reserve.

Exceptional customer service, great to hang out by the water hole during the day. We enjoyed the safari, the lion walk, spent time with the baby lions, did a boat excursion on the mangrove and a visit if the village. The staff was really helpful with everything and smiling. We loved our stay there!

Positionnement exceptionnel au sein de la réserve. Du coup prisonnier du site (bar, restaurant). Menu fixe obligatoire (enfin pas d'autre choix)

Handtücher werden nicht gewechselt. Fenster haben nur mosquitonetze und die aircondition geht ins nichts. Oder fenster Verdunklung den ganzen tag im zelt. Frühstück magere auswahl. Busher schlechtestes. Im Restaurant auch nicht starke ventilatoren kritik nicht angenommen. Uns nur vor die türgesetzt. Aberden transfer nicht zahlen lassen. Personal aüsserst nett wenn man nicht das komplette menu essen will somdern nur einen salat muss man trotzdem 25€ p. P. Zahlen. Selbst wifi ist nur mit extrabox möglich und zusätzlich zu zahlen. Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

Beautiful hotel located on the wilderness. No WiFi and tv, you gave complete peace and quiet.

Well organised trips and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The luxurious tents lived up to their internet photos and description. We were welcomed with cold flannels to cool us down from our long drive and given iced hibiscus drinks. We saw giraffe, zebras, elands, and a white rhino as well as a range of exotic birdlife. The food was very good as was the service. The pool was lovely to cool down in the heat too. Fabulous.

Great place. Comfortable rooms and great animal sight seeing. We spent christmas there. Does not realky feel like christnas at all. Breakfast is good, other meals are mediocre and service is slow. Not too many mosquitoes. Only one rhino and a small number of animals but lion walk can not be missed and playing with the cubs is exceptional

le personnel et plus anglophone que francophone ce qui ne simplifie pas les échanges !! Je trouve que les prestations et le service se dégrade depuis 3 ans que j'y vais . Les chambres sont toujours "cosies" mais la literie est pas nette ,les évacuations d'eau sont pas au top !!
