friendly reception staff

This hotel is a good no-frills place to stay in Dakar. It is a bit out of the way of most tourist spots, but easy to get taxis (heetch) to get to anywhere. The room was spacious with plenty of room to move around even with 3 people sharing. It is located on a very busy street, though, and the traffic noise can be loud but generally quiet enough overnight to be able to get sleep. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful and transfers to/from the airport are offered for a reasonable fee which can be added to your hotel bill. The breakfast is good with many options but it wasn't always refilled. The only thing is the coffee is instant, not brewed. The restaurant on the top floor offers many choices with reasonable prices and there is a restaurant next door for fast food options that is tasty and inexpensive. We spent 3 nights and were very happy with this hotel.

The rooms were clean and the staff were courteous. The biggest issue is the internet and the noise of the air-conditioning outside.

First of all the location is very nice, secondly nice people. The hospitality and kindness which I very appropriate turely I enjoy my staying, thank you and thank you all..

We arrived about 8hrs later than planned due to over booking, however the staff was there to help us download the bags and help us to our rooms quickly. A light breakfast was provided in the morning and the staff on the 6th floor were so accommodating, I have a 2yr old that slept thru breakfast so I was collecting breakfast for him. Might I say the croissants were amazing, I ended getting up for breakfast every morning to eat 2 of them. We ventured up to the 7th floor and again the staff was so nice. Our rooms were clean, the ac was great and the beds were comfy. Excellent choice of hotels

The manager is a thief , I advice anyone to be very careful when staying there the crew is excellent but the manager. I have stayed there twice but it's bad

La climatisation ne fonctionne pas bien, j’ai du changer de chambre et ce n’était pas mieux.

Tout était parfait, le seul problème est le wifi, qui n’est pas stable. Il arrête et tu dois te rebrancher.

La estancia ha sido muy buena: desayuno variado, personal super amable, opciones de comida y cena variadas. Si he de añadir algo a mejorar sería añadir algún material extra para el gimnasio. Diere dief

Il est difficile de trouver l’endroit. Toutefois, le personnel est chaleureux et la place est merveilleuse

What I liked? Was the reception and professional response of the staff at the front desk especially this young man Mau sow,very professional. The women were as well. Also the Manager. This whole team. JUST AWESOME

A clean and well-kept hotel with a very efficient and conscientious staff in every area. Rita is an exceptional person and extremely good resource for help in any area. I was well pleased with my 8-day stay. The breakfast was limited, but the meals are reasonable and very tasty.
