Je suis resté 3 nuits au Ndiambour. L'hôtel est très bien situé, très confortable, propre, et les parties communes sont très bien décorées, lumineuses. Le personnel est sympathique, et l'entrée de l'hôtel est sécurisée. Le service de navette pour l'aéroport est pratique. Je ne suis pas allée à la piscine en haut mais elle est très jolie. Je ne suis pas allée à la salle de sport non plus. Je n'ai pas pris de repas sur place car je trouvais cela trop cher.

Not recommended, as no support from staff, ac was making noise for all days during my stay and no response from reception, even can not able to make call to reception from room. Water from bathroom comes put while taking bath

I had arranged a taxi to take me from the airport to the hotel. However, it never arrived. The hotel had lost the reservation. I had a 1am arrival so it was very inconvenient - and reception wouldn’t assist when I called them. Throughout my visit the reception staff were the epitome of service with a snarl. The food in the restaurant was extremely poor. First night. I was there I had to eat rice and vegetables for which £22 is excessive. Do not recommend.

Starting the with good things. The location is good on the Dakar plateau, the breakfast was good especially for being in Africa. It’s nice with a pool even though it’s rather small. On the bad side the service was extremely slow and they had a hard time understanding what we were asking for. The beds were really hard and so was the pillows. I would say it’s a bit too expensive in regard to delivery.

The staff were friendly and the food was excellent. The shower water sprays on the floor and one needs two towels daily. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. I stayed for one week and I highly recommend it.
