There was an employee strike during our stay. We had no amenities or access to service; we had to stay in our room for an entire day. There was security in the lobby and the guess floors. I was worried, there was no communication from management/supervisor. We were awoken by security a few minutes to midnight and taken to a different hotel. We later found out this problem had been going on since beginning of September, I feel we should have been advised and allow us the option to rebook elsewhere.

The staff was great

This is one of the best hotels in Senegal. It’s beautiful and well maintained. The staff are great. Check it out if you are ever in the area.

The Dinner

L'accueil a été très froid et maladroit. Par chance le gérant à l'accueil est venu s'excuser à ma chambre pour l'accueil qui m'avait été accordé. Je le remercie pour tous les efforts déployés afin de me faire oublier cette mésaventure.

Encore une fois, nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Radisson de Diamniadio. Merci à toute l'équipe, tout était parfait. Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux. Nous reviendrons bientôt.

Un très bel hôtel

I like the shuttle and the professionalism of the staff.

We arrived late for an overnight stay. Shuttle was promised but hard to find at the airport. Hotel is old and many items within the room and bathroom are broken. Biggest one was the shower. Unfortunately we didn’t realise it until too late and we had to leave to be on time for our flight. For $220+/night the value is not there for the quality provides

Le professionnalisme du personnel est remarquable !

They were all so accommodating and the room I booked was super nice and it’s also very convenient with free airport transfer. The food at the hotel was very nice. I also appreciate that everyone spoke English

Frustrating when hotels.com promised enhancements are not recognised, tiring to hear hotel does not have anything to do with them. Cockroach in the room only gets a cursory nod by front desk. Good pool for laps. Free airport shotel is appreciated in town where transport costs an arm.

Séjour professionnel de 2 nuits. Hôtel très confortable et très bien équipé. Personnel très professionnel et sympathique. Malheureusement, l'hôtel n'est pas entretenu comme il devrait l'être pour un 5 étoiles. Enfin, situé dans un quartier en développement qui n'offre pas beaucoup de possibilités d'activité pour le moment.

Les chambres sont spacieuses

Chaque client, qui sejourne ici est et doit être particulier.... Nous payons tous et acceptons les conditions de logement de l'établissement, alors (blancs ou noirs), nous devrions avoir le même traitement. Je suis contre le favoritisme et la discrimination surtout quand, nous sommes soumis tous aux mêmes conditions. Veuillez à ce que vos équipes, ne fassent plus ressentir cela à aucun client et que chacun soi absolument traité particulièrement. J'ai bien aimé le cadre et mon sejourn, mais ce traitement désagréable me reste comme souvenir...

Great facility with friendly staff. Ideal for access to Airport. Quiet. Not ideal for outside dining and social events

Utrolig fint hotell, topp service og kunnskap om hotelldrift. Litt trekk for lav standard i restauranten både til hvilke råvarer som blir brukt samt klientel. Et slik sted behøver en fine dining restaurant! Plassering er et godt stykke fra Sentrum, men en behagelig bil tur inn på 30 min.

Hotel bien placé, proche de l’aéroport et au centre de la nouvelle ville de Diamniadio. Équipe courtoise et attentive aux besoins particuliers des clients
