Zugang zum Objekt ist regulär nicht zu finden. Zugang über ein Restaurant im 2. Stock. 19 Uhr kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort, keine Rezeption - alle Anweisungen nur über Telefon. Durch Lage über dem Restaurant Lärm- und Geruchsbelastung. Vor Fenstern eine Leinwand - Lüften nicht möglich. Kein Frühstücksangebot.

I rented pent house from them. Not only that I couldn’t find it for like 30 min because it’s so different from the pic they show , they just didn’t let me in because they said their AC Doesn’t work . Maybe their places look nice, I don’t know because I didn’t see but it’s in terrible area and building . Doesn’t have parking either , it’s located close to police station and other buildings which makes super difficult to find place to park. There is garage parking that I could pay for but likes were so long because there are many shopping and offices next to it. Stairs that get you to hotel look like it’s bounded building and when I asked people where is hotel, they seemed to be suprised that there is one . When it comes to swimming pool , it’s on the top of building and it’s open for people outside of hotel so it’s prettty busy and full of people . I wish I saw how their rooms look like but I didn’t have that chance . I went there and first guy who works there started laughing and asked me if I’m sure I rented pent house because he didn’t thing they had any, and then lady said she messaged me that they have issue with ac which I didn’t get , and they seemed not to care about proper customer service .

Die Unterkunft sieht nicht wie auf den Bildern aus. Sehr viel beschädigt und dreckig.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Spotless and comfortable room. Good place to sleep with comfortable bed, blackout curtains and quiet room. Short walk to Danube with lots of lovely restaurants. Easy commute to city centre by bus. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Although the proper can be hard to locate due to it being on a side-street, the staff were very helpful in finding the location. It is in a perfect spot, close to shopping, food, transportation, as well as green space. It isn't located in downtown Belgrade, but New Belgrade, which is across the river. Thus, it is quiet and big perk. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and quiet. Only downside is there was an issue with the lights and toilet which never got fixed although was brought to their attention upon check in.

I woke up with rashes on my arms, legs and neck. I felt something bit me while trying to sleep. Either the bed has bed bugs, fleas or something else. I checked out from the hotel a day earlier.

Excellent apartments, having stayed in the In Hotel a few nights before these apartments were a much better standard and much more comfortable. I would highly recommend if visiting Belgrade, particularly for business.

The hotel is new and nicely decorated. Taking a taxi to the hotel was a bit expensive and there weren't many dishes for breakfast but these are all the downside I can find. There are many services in the area, restaurants and a shopping mall where you can do some shopping/grocery shopping too(but you would not be able to cook something). If you are there for travel, the center is not a walkable distance I think but it is not far by taxi.

Останавливались в пентхаузе с терассой и бассейном. Сам номер выполнен в стиле индустриального лофта. В самом номере помимо душевой и отдельного санузла есть джакузи и сауна. Две двуспальные кровати, расположенные в выгороженных нишах, вместо дверей шторы. В принципе, можно заехать семьей. В душевой двери тоже нет, но из комнаты она не просматривается. В целом все очень понравилось. Единственным минусом была шумноватая вытяжка под потолком. Ну и вместо машины для приготовления льда было бы неплохо поставить кофеварку и чайник.

Its not what it says in the descriprion..arrived to find nobody was there..rooms were locked and had no idea how to get in..its some kind of a junky building where everyone has a code to get in the apart.

Good clean room with a big tv Nearby you will find couple of good restaurants and great transport connection with rest of the town. Recomend
