Reception very helpful, but condition of hotel poor - shower didn't work and card socket faulty so kept having to put in out. Not great

Bra hotel i ett lugnt område. Dock frukosten är inget vidare har inget buffé och dem har 3 menyer som ser exakt likadana ut. Kaffet är katastrof.

Very friendly and welcoming staff at reception.

I have had several complaints during my stay. One day there was no hot water, but I understand there were some repairs, but at least they should inform me about it. But another issue was the breakfast; they didn´t refill the food. There was only one waiter, and he didn´t manage it. So, if you were late, pity for you.

Business hotel that serves this function well particularly if one is tied to New Belgrade…rooms are a bit spartan…

Very poor service. First the power did not stay on. Was then told i just had to put some cardboard together with the key. Them it would work. Next my tv did not work. I asked for assistance. Waited 2.5 hours....nothing happened. Then asked again at the reception. Was tokd they would solve it. Waited another half hour....nothing happened. Then i gave up. Asked reception for a wake-up call at 4.30 since had early flight out. I woke up on my own, and when came down to reception at 4.45 the guy just said he just now remembered he had to call to wake me up. He had forgotten untill he saw the taxi came to pick me up. Not al all worth the money.

The room conditions varies, the large 1 King 1 Twin room we booked turned out to be 4 twin bed room with very odd configuration. A few major disappointments during our stay... - The carpet was dirty with visible stains that made us feel uncomfortable. - The towels were stained doesn't seem to have been changed in a while. While using the keycard to power on the room, the power cuts in and out. - The AC unit doesn't seem to be working, there is air moving out of the unit but doesn't seem to be cold. We ended up having to open our windows to cool the room down. - The soap used in the room is a single bottle used for all matters of washing (shampoo, hand soap, body wash all in one). The bottle leaked constantly, which means a pool of soap on the floor and in the bathtub/shower.

Everything is good. Price is reasonable. Good restaurants nearby.

Ok hotel in an ok location. Worth the price

The young lady at the front desk was great -- she tried hard. It was pouring out and we wanted a taxi and tried for a long time to get one but none would appear. There were no restaurants within walking distance; she finally let us join a group for a private dinner at the the hotel. But the room and hotel had no tissue (I had a bad cold) and only toilet paper. There was no clock, a small pillow on the bed, No alarm, and the cheapest of furniture. But it was close to the airport!

Good hotel. In my opinion 3+ stars. Good business location - 5 minutes walk to the business center located in Block 65 (New Belgrade)

Room condition was terrible... I have stayed in Room 116. Staff was very nice, I like smiling faces.

Staff is superb..nowhere better

Had a 21 hour layover, so just wanted a reasonable place to get a drink, have a meal and have a good sleep. 10 or 15 minutes from the airport by taxi. This hotel seemed to fit the bill. Staff are very friendly and professional. The facilities are a bit worn, but everything was quite clean and comfortable. Walking around the neighborhood was pleasant and safe, very local and not overrun by shops and malls.
