The room was very cozy, comfortable and warm. The staff were friendly and hotel location is centrally located to the church and easily accessible to get public transport to old town and waterfront. In summer definitely will walk.

The hotel room was very good. The staff were excellent and very helpful at the front desk. They gave lots of good pointers on taxis to take and not to take and we’re just generally very helpful. It’s a good 30 minute walk from the centre of the city which is probably what I needed. But if walking is not your thing you can always catch a cab Other than location. I could not have any negative comment about the Hotel nor the staff. And the only place I’ve had a hotel breakfast it was not for me but then again that might just be Serbia))

Reception services are outstanding. They help and even protect us from some taxi threat. One outside taxi driver cheat me ten times of the fees and did not let me go, but the reception persons go to help and save me after my wife ask help. Excellent services and attitude that I have never seen before in another hotels even I go travelling nine times a year!!
