Personel çok güler yüzlü ve sabırlı. Bütün personeller için geçerli. Temizlik kalitesi iyi. Kahvaltı Türkler için çok doğru ve güzel. Her tip müşteriye göre yiyecek çeşidi var. Otelin konumu iyi. Rahatsız olduğum bir durum yok. Sadece havaalanı ücretsiz taşımacılık ce geleceğimiz gün mesajlara cevap verselerdi daha güzel olurdu fakat yine de tekrar gelsem tercihim burası olur.

Sehr schön Zimmer und gutes Frühstück. Leider war mein Duschkopf kaputt und ich konnte nur die Regendusche nutzen.

Hotel Mona Plaza is in an excellent location in Belgrade. It is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood while also being a short walk to many of the tourism sights in the city. The hotel is extremely clean and tidy.

Nicht freundliches personal,auf meine frage zu Taxi alternativen haben die mir gesagt dass es nichts gibt,obwohl es eine sehr gunstige fahrt über die app carGo gibt…

Firstly, the hotel reception tried to give us a different room than we have reserved. After our complaint they changed our room to original one. Secondly, after taking a shower, the bathroom fills with water. There is a leak in the shower. And there are some hairs in the bathroom when we have already entered the room.

För kallt på rummet, det gick inte att reglera AC, fick inte rummet städat fast jag bad om det. Frukosten var fantastiskt.

Wonderful staff, especially house keepers!

Always a pleasure to stay at Mona Plaza. The staff is always welcoming and helpful and makes me feel great. Rooms are clean, tidy, beds comfortable. I would recommend booking breakfast- it is amazing choice. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Good Hotel near the city center, the only bad thing was that they dont have any iron in the room, so you have to iron before you come.

For some strange reason the curtains are almost transparent, so there's no way to darken the room to sleep in the morning. Also, if you take out your room card when you leave the room, the AC stops (which is usual), but if you leave the card in the reader when you leave the room the cleaning personnel cannot enter. Finally, if you run out of water from the minibar during the night they will not give you a bottle of water at reception because "they are not authorised to access their restaurant or storage after working hours"... All in all, a hit and miss service.

Hotel is good. Service is good. But, they charge €25 per day for parking in the garage. That's just nuts, and they need to reconsider that policy.

Great hotel, brand new in a location not too far from city center. Great service and comfortable rooms. Very affordable, except for the parking... €25 is pretty steep for Belgrade.
