Lovely little oasis set back from the coastal strip. Nice and quiet. Bathroom was surprisingly large and I loved the big shower. Easy bike hire from chalet and not far into town.

Es war ein Traumurlaub, wobei auch das Chalet Bamboo Vert und das Personal beigetragen hat. Die Unterkunft ist toll und alle Angestellten dort sind sehr freundlich. Das Chalet ist fußläufig ca. 5 min. vom Hafen entfernt, also sehr Zentral. Tägliche Reinigung. Kleines Manko, keine Steckdose im Bad. Fön vorhanden, also braucht man keinen mitnehmen. Strandhandtücher mitbringen.

Logement simple, mais propre. Le restaurant est très bien et pas onéreux. Le personnel est très sympathique.

Trevligt boende med mycket god stämning. Hotellets manager Selby är enormt vänlig och hjälper till med allt. Enkel men mycket god mat, bra frukost. Nära till butiker och restauranger. Allt finns för en angenäm vistelse, superiorrum rekommenderas.

Nous avons passé un réveillon du 1er janvier très bien organisé avec animations et très bien décoré. La nourriture était bonne et bien préparé au quotidien. Le personnel est très agréable. En revanche, la location de vélos est à revoir. Au niveau des horaires tôt pour la navette vers la Jetty, il ne vaut mieux pas prévoir.

Tilava huone ja toimiva ilmastointi. Sijainti hieman syrjässä, mutta saari on pieni ja helppo kulkea polkupyörällä minne vain. Aamiaisella oli tarjolla eei hedelmiä, paahtoleipää, mehua, jogurttia ja munia siten kuin itse ne halusi valmistettavan. Oikein positiivinen kokemus ja hintaan nähden huippumajoitus, suosittelen ja menisin uudestaankin.

Pokoj, ve kterém jsme byli ubytovaní byl sice starší, ale čistý. Podle mého názoru jsou v hotelu pokoje, které prošly rekonstrukcí a pouze dva jsou neopravené. Úklid byl prováděn každodenně. Majitel je velmi ochotný a vstřícný. I když by se drobné nedostatky možná daly najít, celkově bych pobyt v hotelu zhodnotila jako dobrý. Pobyt na ostrůvku La Digue jsme si užili, jeho příroda a zvláště pláže jsou nezapomenutelné.

O lugar é simples, mas com bom custo benefício. A equipe é super atenciosa, o café da manhã é gostoso e farto: pão, frutas, geleias, suco, panqueca, ovos, iogurte. Só a limpeza dos quartos que deixou um pouco a desejar (mesmo com toalhas úmidas não houve troca, mas ao pedir, trocaram imediatamente), mas nada que nos impeça de indicar o local. Eles alugam bicicleta por 100 rupees/dia. É perto do ferry, mas eles oferem o transfer de buggy por 10 euros, que valeu a pena.

Tres satisfait de la prestation et de l accueil dommage qu on nous ait oublié pour nous reconduire au port mais ce n est qu à 800 m bien situé

Had an incredible stay here! Service was great! I felt very welcome by hotel staff. Free breakfast, nice room. Will definitely return to this place when I go back to La Digue

Hôtel très agréable et bien situé. Attention, méfiance, quand hôtel.com précise que le dîner est gratuit, ce n'est pas le cas sur place. Par ailleurs, le personne propose un verre de vin en oubliant de dire que c'est un supplément

Can recommend this place, stayed at superiom bungalow. Large room og large bathroom, nice balcony. Modern standard. Good breakfast and good service. A few hundred meters from beach and restaurants, but easy to reach with bicycle. Minimarket near guesthouse. You can rent a bicycle there for 100rupies/24 hrs. We tried the the sunset dinner at hilltop restaurant Snack Bellevue as recommended by the guesthouse manager, 500 rupies inclusive transfer from/to guesthouse, a great experience.

Location is ok, close to ferry station (5 min by cycle) The owner guy is friendly and helpful, other girl staff is ok Breakfast was ok but could contains more variety of food Our room was small, stinky with old worn furnitures and week interior lighting The electricity gone out every day for 5-6 hours which was horrible, absolutely unacceptable and made our staying unpleasant. I don't recommend this place at all!

Camera puzzolente di fumo e vecchia . In 4 notti mai cambiate lenzuola e asciugamani . Mai pulito i pavimenti e il bagno. E per finire camera comunicante con altre persone che se rumorose non si dorme !!!!!!!!! Sconsigliatissimo lasciate perdere !!

Loved this place! Great staff! Very helpful! Great breakfast! Fruit and eggs etc. wonderful. Can’t beat this location. You can walk from the ferry to the hotel. Loved sitting on the porch. The only thing that could be better is a better mattress. But I am maybe more sensitive to this than others since I’ve had back pain in the past. Overall, great great great!!

10 minutes walk from the jetty, Chalet Bamboo Vert it’s has few cabanas spread across a beautiful garden. It also has a restaurant that serves breakfast only and a reception area where Shelby waited for us with cold towels and homemade juice (Thanks again!). To our surprise we got upgraded at arrival. Our room was huge, basic but beautiful. The bathroom is also big (maybe @3x4m) and clean. It has a beautiful built in shower. A/C worked well and we needed it as it is quite hot and humid in April. We also enjoyed the lovely patio with a beautiful garden view. Breakfast is a buffet type that has: fresh fruits, bread and butter, toaster, 3-4 types of jam, milk and 3 types of cereals, coffee... They also prepared several types of eggs and fried bacon, on demand. Shelby also arranged bikes for us. Bikes were a bit worn out but that must have been due to the harsh marine environment. On demand, Shelby can arrange pick up and drop off from jetty. I recommend this place - if ever we return to La Digue, we will return to Chalet Bamboo Vert, for sure.

We stayed for three nights and felt really well taken care of! The staff was really helpful and very welcoming and helped us get set up with bicycles and good suggestions for where to go on the island. The bungalow was comfortable, very cute and we both loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the garden. Breakfast could use a little more variety and some water bottles in the room would be nice but for the price we can't complain! Would be happy to stay again.
