Very unfriendly Personal, nobody who answers the Telefon on Sunday.The room was clean, except old soap laying in the shower.

Beaucoup d’équipements mentionnés sur le site n’existent pas. Pas de petits déjeuners, réception jamais là. Nous posons nos affaires par terre car pas de tables de nuit. Ne demandez pas d’eau ou de café car on vous dit non. Après 12h ne demandez rien et ne les dérangez pas car la propriétaire très désagréable. On nous a répondu on fourni la chambre pour dormir et rien d’autre.

Owner not polite.

Unterkunft ist einfach in die Jahre gekommen.

Chambre simple mais correcte pour le prix. Par contre très bruyante, même la nuit (le téléphone de la réception sonnait souvent et personne ne répondait). Il n'y avait personne à la réception la plupart du temps pour nous aider. Le dernier jour, nous avons commandé un taxi à 4h45 au matin pour aller à l'aéroport, qui nous a été confirmé mais personne n'est venu ! Nous avons fini notre séjour très contrarié et stressés..

Réception fermée. Hôtel ne répond pas en journée pour savoir si on peut laisser des valises.Jai appelé 10 fois. Poubelles de la salle de bain non vidées. Réservations pour 2 personnes, nous avons eu 2 lits simples de hauteurs différentes dont 1 seul était préparé. Wifi inexistant. Pas d'eau chaude...douche froide soir et matin ! N'espérez pas avoir une bouteille d'eau en guise de bienvenue ni de sachet de café/thé...vous pourrez tout de même boire de l'eau chaude. Les tarifs sont fonction de la localisation et non des prestations...vous l'aurez compris je déconseille

We weren't impressed. For the all three nights that we stayed there, no one came to clean our premises. The WiFi was weak throughout. The Tv channels didn't respond. No breakfast offered. Truly, no value for money!

A good place to try out

This is a clean place. My only complaints are: 1) staff was unprepared at check-in; 2) the room was not ready, and the staff came back to finish preparing the room for use while we were in the room and without knocking; 3) the check-out time is very inconvenient and staff shows ZERO flexibility in providing late check-outs, even if only for 1 hour extra.

The owners are lovely, the place is a good value for NBC a great location. The cleanliness could be better. There are lots of ants (normal in the Seychelles) but other hotels managed to keep most of them out. Also the shower doesn’t work so you have to hold it and spray yourself and it doesn’t stay hot. Overall, good stay though. The porch and views are amazing!

I had a layover here as I missed my connecting flight due to Air Seychelles delay. All I needed was a good night sleep. The AC in the room could not be turned off. There was no duvet or enough bedsheets to cover. I had to use the bathroom towel to cover myself. There were cockroaches in the shower and the shower head holder was broken and you to hold it to shower yourself. I needed wifi to rebook my next flight but even though they provided with wifi, there was no internet. When I asked, they said that they didn't pay for it. I acknowledge that they allowed me to stay after my check-out time and also called for my transfer to the airport. But the overall quality of the customer service was unpleasant. You felt that they were doing you favors. There was no apologies and no alternatives offered if you have issues with their service.

Posizione ottima ma servizi scarsi non hanno fatto la camera tutti i giorni non cambiavano asciugamano abbiamo dovuto chiedere addirittura per carta igienica, l'ultimo giorno abbiamo fatto la doccia prima di andare aereoporto in giardino
