A great place stay.

The front desk staff denied our team accommodation saying he never received any details of our booking prior our arrival from his team despite presenting evidences and receipts received from our booking on Expedia. We were asked to pay for other rooms while the hotel sort out the "miscommunication" the next morning while being kept waiting for hours in the hotel lobby after a long and arduous trip. Our host came to intervene sometime after midnight to insist we do not pay extra before being allocated the rooms we paid for.

I always stay at the Atlantic Lumley when I arrive in Freetown. It's always just for one night on either end of my trip. On the ten occasions I have stayed here, I found it to be an excellent choice of hotel.

The hotel is well run and the staff are very pleasant and eager to help.

Our stay was very nice. The room, staff and breakfast were excellent. They should not advertise an exercise room. They had one treadmill that was not operational and not much other equipment. We took a jog on the beach instead of utilizing the exercise room. Also, only one elevator was functioning, and it had a distinctive odor. Otherwise, the stay was fine. Nice room, good a/c, excellent breakfast, and easy, safe parking.

The hotel is across from the beach.

Had a great stay at the Atlantic in Sierra Leonne. Friendly staff. Very helpful at times. Clean rooms.

La communication a été assez difficile avant l'hôtel après la réservation. En particulier j'ai sollicité un service navette de l'aéroport à l'hôtel. En fait il n'y a pas vraiment de navette depuis ou vers l’aéroport. C’est possible jusqu’au Seacoach seulement. La literie est très bien et la chambre spacieuse. La restauration est bien même si c’est toujours la même chose tous les jours au petit déjeuner.

My arrival was bit problematic but the manager of the hotel is one of the best managers I’ve ever met, he dressed my concerns and personal stop my room to make everything was taken care of

I love that the hotel faces the beach but if you do not like noise at night, then do not book a room facing the beach because of the live band and loud music. The breakfast was good with traditional selections to choose from. The rooms were very spacious, clean and up to date. The bathroom very nice and clean. Staff was excellent. The only issue I had were the roaches that came out from under the bed and dresser when the lights turned off. I woke up to roahes crawling on the floor, nightstand and bathroom sink.

My room was one of the nicest I have ever had in Freetown and I have been traveling to Freetown since 1999. A comfortable bed and a very clean and well equipped bathroom. The breakfast was adequate, but the lack of AC in the large room is a bit uncomfortable in the hot season.

My two weeks stay was overall pleasing, I was particularly impressed with the good customer service given by one of the staff Eldred Mattia who knew his job well and demonstrated great professionalism in what hospitality industry should have. He had made my stay with hotel so much more pleasant.

It was amazing. Staff were friendly. Check in was delayed however, I enjoyed my stay.
