Upon check-in, you are required to bring Boarding Pass. Please bring the required documents in hard copy.

Shower Procedure:
1. Passengers can approach the front counter/desk to request for their shower.
2. Lounge attendant will then escort the passenger into their designated shower facility and be let known that they can either proceed to the lounge area or exit the lounge.
3. After the shower facility has been used by passenger, the place will be disinfected following strictly the approved disinfecting protocol. Any amenities used by the passenger (i.e towel) will be taken from and sent for proper washing.
STRICTLY REQUIRED BY HOTEL TO PROCESS GUEST'S RESERVATION (MANDATORY / COMPULSORY):
1. To avoid inconvenience, Guest must provide Flight details and check-in time to enable hotel to process the booking.
2. Guests must provide boarding pass to Hotel upon check-in.
3. Hotel will hold room 90 minutes at flight landed time /requested Check-in time. Full rate of No Show fee will be charged if Guest fail to Check-in.

房間棉被上有好幾隻螞蟻，先開棉被床單上有些污漬及毛髮，讓人不舒服。浴室及廁所整體來說算乾淨，地點就在美食街附近，算是便利。

The only thing I recommend is the shower--nice and clean. If it's food and quietness you're after, then this place might disappoint. Very crowded, barely able to walk around without tripping over someone's legs or bags. Next time I'll just pay for the shower and spend my money in one of those eateries or cafes.

Small chairs, might as well stayed at the terminal. Poor directions. I had to take a taxi from terminal 1 to terminal 3. I will not recommend. More trouble than its worth. Not worth the money.

The reason I have made a reservation was that; I need a place to sleep for a few hours. Very disappointed as I was informed that there was no bed at the lounge . I specifically asked for a bed on my reservation.The email I received was also confused; One part of the email says chair no bed then the other part says room requests 1 twin bed.( see the email you sent to me)
I'm not happy with the service provided from Expedia. Very confusing didn't make clear what facilities I would receive at the lounge.

Front desk staff did not know Expedia confirmation is valid booking. Frustrating to see staff trying to understand where the booking menu to verify the booking. Staff training should be emphasized in this high turnabout competition.
