優點：免費的飲料吧、國際插座不用帶轉接器、房間冷氣夠強、洗手台有飲用水，水質很不錯，吹風機風量超大，電視裡就可以使用Youtube和Spotify超讚，交通超級方便，走5分鐘路即可到購物中心覓食，早餐吃亞坤超方便不用排隊，走10分鐘的路就到烏節路上的購物中心也是很方便，Fair price超市很好買，想吃松發也不用排隊..
缺點： 淋浴的水龍頭水量很弱，房間隔音不太好，會常常聽到隔壁房講話的聲音，盥洗用品覺得牙刷牙膏不太好用。
整體來說，很開心住在這間飯店，下次仍然會選擇住這裡，然後換高級點的房型試試看😃😃

Overall experience is great! The staff are nice and friendly. The facility is great with pool and small gym. We did have complementary food and drinks that were refilled daily which is sweet.
Location is good, near one MRT and bus stop.
I had requested change in room type prior to arrival. Housekeeping staff didn’t know so I have to request one more set of towel and brush, and found the phone cannot connect to the front desk. The shower water is not as strong, and the water sometimes is not stable, but it was minor thing during the stay.
If not getting breakfast at the hotel, the nearest breakfast place will need to walk for 10-15 min to find different selections.

The room is clean and easy to use. Bathrooms are easy to dry, so washed clothes can also be dried easily. I wish I could have eaten breakfast, as there is an additional charge for it, but unfortunately I was unable to have a good conversation and was turned down.

Couple with adult family members. Perfect location in central Singapore and close to MRT which was so handy to get all over the place. Staff were so friendly and helpful and pool on the roof was ideal with the heat.

My wife and I enjoyed staying at the Citadines Connect during our wedding anniversary. The hotel provided complimentary cake 😊 we plan to return soon. The MRT is across the street!

We reserved a family room at the property as we were a party of 3. The mattress on the beds were horrible, sleeping on wood be more comfortable. They offered us a deluxe room, but it would not accommodate our kid.
We had to look for a new property immediately as it was impossible to sleep on the beds. After traveling for over 25 hours a comfortable beds is much needed.
We had no choice but to book ourselves in another hotel, and we checked out within an hour of checking
In.
We are requesting a full refund of our charges that were prepaid because they refused to give us any refund.
If the room and the beds were not so crappy, we would have stayed, but they were simply way too uncomfortable for us to even sleep a single night.
