The staffs are nice people. The condition of teh room is not good. But worth the price.

We reserved a room for 4pax but we were given a shared room for 8pax. We cannot sleep because of bed bugs. We were transferred to a different room but there are also bed bugs .berry disappointing. We want to request for a refund so we can transfer to a different hotel.

We had a great stay. A good place for a group tour. But still there are parts needs to be improved like the cleanliness of the place. Overall, worth staying.

Customer service very good and friendly, but the rooms and toilets not very clean!

Awalnya kaget juga sih dengan keadaannya. Tapi tertutupi semua itu dengan rasa kekeluargaan dan kebaikan dari si oppa penunggu hotel. Ramah, ringan tangan, pokoknya is the best lah.

I wasn't expecting much as it is a hostel shared with different other individuals. The room was clean enough comfy bed. Basic food like coffee and bread with an assortment of fruit jams and butter was available 24/7 in the reception area so you can lounge around and relax. But the boss and staff was too awesome. Very chill and helpful. I extended my stay another 3 days and the boss gave me the lowest price possible. I was staying with my wife in a room with four beds. Definitely affordable and extremely strategic location. About 2 mins walk to clarke quay mrt. Very near Chinatown and boat quay where theres pubs and clubs. All in all a very pleasant experience

Lokasinya sangat strategis, dekat dengan MRT. Penjaganya pun sangat ramah, tapi saya merasa sangat tidak puas. 1. saya dan teman (5 orang) memilih memesan kamar untuk 8 orang karena tidak terlalu sempit, tapi setelah sampai disana saya dikasih kamar untuk 6 orang dengan alasan karena kami ber6 jadi kamarnya harus pas kalau terlalu besar tidak baik. Padahal saya telah membayar penuh atas kamar 8 orang tersebut. 2. sprei dan selimut yang berbau. Entah kenapa sprei, sarung bantal yang kami gunakan itu sangat bau. Dan tidak jarang pula kami menemukan binatang yang keluar dari kasur (tembila/tungau) hal itu membuat saya dan teman-teman saya merasakan gatal diselu. Tingkat kebersihan sangat minim. 3. kamar saya terletak di lantai 3, ada kamar mandi 2 dan toilet. 2. kamar mandi 1 shower-nya tidak berfungsi. Toilet pertama tidak ada air. Astaga saya sangat menyesal memilih hostel ini untuk penginapan saya dan teman-teman, sangat tidak recommended.

they put me in the room that look like storehouse, with another dirty living women. I choose to sleep in couch near receptionist. terrible place, I left in the morning

1st day we came around 2 AM there is no hotel officer and the key was put on the officer desk, when the first time we enter the room, the room was so untidy and dirty, so many fleas in the bed, and we call the owner to change the room, he said that he would change the room at 12 PM, so in the morning we just go to travel, around 6 PM we came and when we saw our new room the room is still dirty and some parts of the bed still wet because of the insecticide. And when we want to complain the owner to change the bed cover and pillow cover, he can't change the cover because it was still new but we still don’t want it because it was still wet, but the owner like angry to us, and so we choose to leave the hostel and search another hotel

Lokasi cukup dekat dengan stasiun MRT clarke quay, resepsionis cukup ramah.

Menyenangkan, dekat kemana-mana, bersih.

The dirtiest hostel I've ever met. From the entrance stairs it smells bad. Dark lights. Dull paint, and what for me in 1 hour did not stay fixed even though my money was not returned because the bed had a lot of fleas. Sorry this review is not for dropping but so that the owner can pay more attention to this so that my experience does not happen to others.

Dirty rooms,dirty bathrooms, definitely won't come back again.

ห้องน้ำเสีย กลิ่นไม่สะอาด ห้องพักน่าจะดีกว่านี้นินึง แต่ก้อตามราคาอะคับ อย่าคาดหวังเยอะ

Something on the bed bites me for 2 nights, so terribly dirty. The shared bathrooms are dirty too. Never come back again.

Kamarnya sempit parah, lantai kotor, masih ada sampah sisa guest sebelumnya. Dapat kamar paling atas tapi tidak ada lift, dan sepanjang lorong tangga bau jempol kaki, kamar mandi kotor, jorok, benar-benar bikin geli. Dengan harga segitu saya tidak expect macam-macam, tapi benar-benar tidak menyangka akan seburuk ini. Sangat menurunkan derajat Singapore yang katanya disiplin dan cinta kebersihan.
