Great safe place to stay. Plenty of food shops around location. My only concern was the fact i book as ####Mr#### was told i booked into a female dorm instead of a male dorm So a little disappointing i was charged and extra $10 Singapore dollars for correction. The attitude of the hotel owner and staff is very bad. I booked the wrong room for a female, the hotel did not support me to solve the problem. They kicked me out of the hotel, cursed and threatened me. Do not book this hotel. I lost money without using the service here. They also did not help me solve it.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Only negative point was that on two sides they were making a new building and renovating a building, but I hope that is finished next time when I go again to D'Nova hotel.

I booked for mixed bedroom. But the receptionist said I booked for female bedroom so I got extra charge for 50 sgd. Maybe there 's problem between platform and the hotel or something else.

It was good for both the location and the price. The room is nicely tidy and clean, including the bathroom, and the staff were polite. Overall, it's an okay experience for us, and with hotel prices skyrocketing during New Year, this was for sure one of the best options for budget travelers.
