five/6 Hotel Splendour

I have been staying in the hotel from May 2-5 in Rm 303 (a Family Quadruple Room; and from May 5-9 in Room 312, which is a single queen's bed room for myself only. For Rm 303, it was extremely small, although in the photo it showed a large room, the air-conditioner was very hot, no matter how we adjusted it, it stayed at 26-28 degree C, the bath room was hot like a sauna room. For Rm 312, the size was a normal single room, but the air-conditioner was extremely cold, I have to keep switching it off. The water heater for bath was out of order, hot water was like only 5 degree above cold water, luckily SG is hot enough for cold water bath, and I don't bother to pack all my stuff again to change a room. But in the 2nd night in Rm 312, I saw a small cockroach (~1.5cm) on the wall, it was the baby of the very large type cockroach. I have to kill and clean it as it moved too fast and it'll take time to call staff to come and kill it. Then in the 3rd morning I saw another 0.5cm one. The most horrible thing was that on the last night I stay in the hotel, I saw one 2cm one and 1cm one in the crack between the bed mattress and the wall, they gone too fast & there was nothing I could do. I think this hotel need a thorough pest control exercise. The "hotel" is more like a "hostel" instead. The location was bad, far away from metro train, a red night area that multiple taxi drivers told us not to go back late at night. The only good thing was that staff were friendly and helpful.

這洒店空間感不錯。我們一家四人也有足夠休息空間。雙人床對著冷氣風位有點困擾。浴室洗手盤流水兩秒便停，十分不便。但由於價錢不算貴，因此小問題可以接受。 洒店附近也有不少食肆，很方便。

早餐的款式及地點的清潔程度，及房間的清潔及設施可以做得更好。浴室的設施及日用品有待加強。房間的冷氣及走廊的空氣及清潔可以做得更好。

超好睡, 冷氣也剛剛好, 還有一點小吃飲品供應。 wifi連廁所都可以用到。電視也是smart TV,可以把手機在看的youtube,直接連上電視, 非常順暢。從Kallang回酒店是最快的了, 可是如果出去玩, 酒店附近有一個巴士站"Opp Mohd Salleh Mque",走到這裡大概3分鐘, 然後用google map開你想去的地方, 如Bugis,等等都很方便, 而且是實時報告巴士狀況, 樓下夜市很多吃的, 買的都很平宜。 在沒有夜市的香港, 過來這裡真的是不錯的選擇。

飯店乾淨度，交通方便，食物樣式選擇多，有超商購物方便

房間舒適、乾淨，服務人員態度和善又有禮貌，離芽籠地鐵站也不遠，走路10分鐘左右就到，附近吃的也很多，坐地鐵至機場、市中心也很方便。

We stayed there for 5 days. They never changed the bed sheets! And their reservation procedure is nothing but a mess. All 4 days had been paid in advance but on the 4th day, they put all our luggage at the lobby because they wrongly thought that we had checked out!!!! After 30 minutes of clarification, they finally put us back to other rooms. And on the day of checking out (the 5th day), they claimed they didn't have the record of our paying of deposit. It was not until we took out the receipts of the deposit that they were willing to give us back our deposits!!! What a cheating hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. 已經提早一個月訂兩間雙人房，竟然不能安排同一樓層的房間！ 2. 房間入面設備差劣，尤其是廁所洗手盆用電子龍頭，使用的時候只有一兩秒，十分不方便。另外企缸的花灑頭設備是壞的。 3. 房內被褥及毛巾發現有污漬，地上有蟑螂，不能接受。 4. 房間第二日清潔不妥善，可以遺留垃圾桶內垃圾未清理。 5. 房間內wifi訊號非常差，需要經常重新登入及連線。 6. 廁所內廁紙十分不乾淨，竟然可以放一個弄濕完又乾了的廁所給住客使用。 7. 酒店內職員態度懶散，我向他們投訴上述部分事項，他們覺得不是一個問題，感覺好像是理所當然。

很乾淨, 無異味, 整潔, 前檯員工、其他工作人員都很親切, 雪櫃夠冷, 立地也不錯, 很寧靜, 附近食肆很多。整體來說很滿意, 但最大缺點是竟然沒有拖鞋...我第一次遇上竟然會沒有拖鞋提供的酒店!使得我跟朋友很不方便...入住的人注意自己帶拖鞋, 或是一入門就立即脫鞋吧,否則會很狼狽。另外就是沒有樽裝水(但每層有冷水機), 及沒有護髮素, 洗頭水及牙膏質素極差, 女性住客有要求的話記得自己帶。還有wifi比較弱, 有時會斷同慢。及沒有變壓器也沒有差電器提供, 有需要記得自己帶。 及除了廁所外全房都沒有鏡, 對女人來說有點不方便。但整體來說都很舒服, 床很舒適, 下次有機會來的話應該都會選擇這裡。

Mini Bar免費很棒, 櫃台很漂亮很親切, 附近很多小吃店, 唯一缺點就是我住了3晚浴巾跟毛巾都沒有更換...

設備滿新的,房間內的電視還可以直接收視到台灣大部分的頻道(雖然不知道有沒有合法授權). 但是附近到晚上就沒有甚麼商店營業了, 而且離MRT站要走十幾分鐘的路. 家庭房可以有上下舖給小朋友睡,蠻適合帶小孩旅行的家庭

離捷運站一點點遠，但是床非常舒適，電視也很高級。連續入住要注意房務是否有補充備品

白天交通及吃飯相當方便，晚上安靜的飯店

房間很大很不錯，床的軟硬度也很好，整體很舒適，離MRT大約10分鐘，天氣熱推著行李會比較辛苦，另外因航班關係我們2:30到達，已經很累及周身大汗，而且未食lunch，很想盡快梳洗一下再出發，但只因早到了30分鐘，故不獲准入房，我們只好寄存行李去午飯了

飯店業者相當友善，環境舒適而且交通相當便利，加上附近有許多美食，是個不錯的住宿選擇

不錯!!! 性價比非常高的酒店。 酒店職員非常有禮貌。房間也非常好。 不過酒入住酒店需要收取100SG的按金。

All staff always be nice，clean room，comfortable bed，highly recommended。
