Fragrance Hotel - Rose

The room too small, I book for 2 adult and 1 child but no additional pillow or amenities. They don't clean up the room and never take out trash event we put the sign on the door handle. So everytime we get back to our room, we should call front desk for towel, trash, new amenities and water. The staff are nice, location near bus stop, but no MRT amd no food stalls around it, so we should walk to nearest mall for eat.

Front Staff very helpful. I came early morning, put my luggage, then got to do my things, late evening back to check in and have a good rest. Thank you.

The hotel was great, shops and buses at the front door, the hotel staff were great and met all my needs. I asked to move to a bigger room and they sorted that out with no issues.

Property location is strategyc. But area of room is to small.

The room was decent, but the shower water leaked a little bit making me hear the sound of water drops every single time during my stay. Otherwise, it 's quite a decent place to stay especially if you spend most of the time traveling around the city.

The place is clean as well. Easy access using bus. Nearest mart around 100 meters.

Pelayanannya Ramah banget. Best pokoknya 🙏🏻.

Di kamar ada TV, hairdryer, termos elektrik, water heater, mineral water, teh sachet, stop contact banyak, sikat gigi, shower cap, handuk. 5.) Lokasi hotel di pinggir jalan toa payoh. 6.) Sebrang hotel ada resto muslim ABC buka 24 jam. 7.) Deket halte, untuk MRT agak jauh. Paling dekat MRT Novena di dalam Mall Velocity. 8.) Kasur agak keras. 9.) Kamar ada jendela cukup besar. 10.) Wifi kenceng

Quiet good for a budget hotel, room was clean, no bad smell. But room is a bit small especially the bathroom 😂, but still find it reasonable for a one night stay. MRT station so far away, nearest is bus stand, so need to take buses.

Good price for who want to save cost for trip.

Staff rude. Raised voice and shouted when we pointed her fault.

hot water does not work, the bathroom door cannot be locked, the room is not soundproof, the sound from outside the room is very easy to hear.

Near to the Halal food restaurant which is super tasty and standard cheap price. Can get the bus just in front of the hotel across the street, room has water heater, hairdryer etc, not sure in normal season how much the room rate it but in the pick season it's little bit not worthy.

Ukuran kamar hotel 15 m2, untuk bertiga dengan anak sebetulnya so-so, tapi disini bersih, Setiap hari kamar selalu diganti sprei handuk refill air minum, AC kamar dingin, kamar mandi bersih (karena ada hotel bintang 2 di sg yang jorok sekali), Staf ramah, dan banyak turis keluarga yang menginap disini. halte bus dekat, minimarket banyak.

Nice place, AC & hot water worked perfectly. Location quite strategic, near to bus stop and food centre. Would love to stay there again.
