Was great

Self-checking after regular business hours was problematic,

Although there were renovations of a neighboring business ongoing during my stay, the noise did not occur during quiet hours and the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with restaurants, bars and shopping barely a stone throws away in the lively surroundings of the China town district.

It doesn’t look like the pictures. Not recommended for families with kids.

Stayed one night after attending a wedding. Plus point is the beds sligjter bigger than a single and my area had two plug points. Heater and toilets all work. Airconditioning was good. Check in was well thought off and it works automatically. Downside is I did experience noise up to 3 AM from the downstairs pub area..only a problem if ur a light sleeper otherwise not an issue. Would i stay again..yes..for a hostel where everything works why not

Music from next door loud until 3.30am ! Never saw or met any staf, room double booked with another show me a message with identical room number

Pleasant stay at the property

Everything was ok. The easy check in and the fast check out. The reception girl very kindly. Dorms were clean

I dont the name of staff. But she(maybe) has detail for geust. I want to visit again and say thank you to her.

Great Location! In the middle of Downtown, China town and Indian districts. Great Living Room on Second Floor.. Wish coffee machine would work...

Horrible hostel! Zero customer service. I still to this day have not spoken wi to anyone from Hipster or Hotels.com. Dirty and gross rooms. Absolutely terrible.

A good place to stay for a budget friendly hostel.

Very dirty beddings and washrooms. We found layers and layers of different people’s hair on our beddings. It was in a good location if you are fun loving and if you enjoy going out at night for a drink and a bite.

The air conditioning is ONLY in the sleeping area, not the shower/bathroom area. It is barely cold enough, and when you shut your curtain to keep out the light at night, you block the AC from reaching your bed area. There is one toilet for the floor of around ten people, and two showers which open directly into shared area so nowhere to change. People did not respect the quiet hours during the weekend and continued to talk at points late in the night.

Good for backpackers, not good if you have luggage's, that's all.

Good clean location and polite staff.
