- Room dirty walls / needs painting - Not giving full towel sets each day only bath towels - AC drips water over 18 temperature so was slippery floor - Dirty sinks in kitchen and days to refill milk for coffee station

Great friendly staff

We had the suite with the double bedrooms and with the kitchen. It was a nice room, not many frills but everything worked and it was clean. There was enough space for my family of three. The rooms are well insulated so you do not hear the neighbors. The staff was always helpful and accommodating when possible, especially Helen. There were some facilities like a gym and a pool, but basic. The best thing is its location which was walking distance to the CBD (15mins), Chinatown (15mins), Outram MRT (10mins). Would definitely consider a return stay.

Good enough for a short stay, but the pool was not shown in the photos. I was mostly disappointed by the plunge pool. The room had everything I needed, but the exterior of the building could use a deep clean or refresh, as it looks nothing like the photos advertised — it appears quite old and dusty. I like the location, as it is walkable from Chinatown and some local hawker centres, and it’s about 10 minutes from the closest MRT station. The staff on site are very friendly and have been very helpful. Although I didn’t use the kitchen, I received an upgrade to a bigger suite on the day of check-in, which is why I’m giving a 4-star overall rating.

The room was clean, staff were nice, and the hotel is in close proximity to the public transport services. Would definitely recommend.

The location is great for getting around. Room is clean and quiet. Kitchen is clean and stocked with kitchen cookware. There is also laundry room available for use. The staff are very friendly and very helpful in providing directions on how to get around with MTR. One of the stuff provided with detailed directions to bus station after getting off MTR station. That’s awesome. I would recommend the place.

Yes kitchen was a plus w free coffee, tea and fully equipped. Hot, cold water dispenser and plenty of seatings.

Excellent location! Very close to Sentosa as well as Harbourfront. Close to Hawker centre as well! The rooms are decent. It has good ameneties like communal kitchen and wellness studio etc. For the price range, the place is worth it.

Not clean, given a room which isnt the same as photos shown, especially we were staying over a month there.

The property is less hotel and more coworking space with a sparse lofty look & feel and amenities & colors to match. The fitness center and pool were minimal. Even the housekeeping was infrequent and failed to top up toilet roll usage, which should be a given. The airconditioning in my room was mild. The location is decent for downtown offices etc.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, privacy. As well as general area for socializing equipped with 24 hour coffee/tea, vending machines, laundry and kitchen facilities. Well thought out for all a traveler needs, and good location, 10 minute walk to MRT station, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and air conditioned well!

fantastic staff, super helpful, hotel very well located near art and bus stations, common area very clean, room a bit small but very clean and quiet. Free coffee and tea offered in reception area, community kitchen kept very clean. we loved our stay at the Habyt, and will come back for sure next time in Singapore.

It's a very nice place if one is not picky and like to stay in convenient place. Staff is nice and helpful, atmosphere in public areas around reception is great. Coffee machine operates whole day f.o.c., many working stations and place to hang around.

The room I got did not have any windows, it had small ones near the ceiling and I could not reach them. I wanted to ventilate the room and it was not possible. It honestly was disappointing.
