The property was very close to subway lines and you can go pretty much anywhere from the hotel. Plus, check-in was very easy and so as checkout thanks to Faizal who was very friendly and helpful.

Room was very compact but clean and worked for us for our 3 night stay. Appreciated the in-room kettle and morning breakfast had a good variety (both Asian and N. American selections). Bus stop right outside and the Serangoon area had a great vibe. Hotel and service staff were friendly and helpful. No one could guess that we were from Canada! Thanks for a great experience!

Tivemos apenas um problema na comunicação do tipo de quarto pois havíamos solicitado duas camas de solteiro e colocaram uma de casal. E em outro quarto que foi para 3 pessoas, colocaram duas camas de solteiro apenas.

Book this hotel in emergency as previous hotel room was full of pest. Holiday express hotel staff were friendly and polite. Hotel was clean relatively quiet despite on the main road. Close to food, shopping and transport facilities. Would definitely recommend it and would stay again in future.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The free breakfast is a big plus. The only downside is that the room is very cramped. I hoped to use the desk for work, but couldn't do it because the desk is just too small, and there is hardly space between the bed and the desk for me to sit there.

Clean property, very friendly staff, but it’s seems like a high percentage of occupants that checked in to this hotel seems they don’t have the proper manners. I don’t discriminate against any race but it seems like during breakfast, majority doesn’t have the proper manners and kudos to the hotel staff in tolerating such behavior.

The property is in a very good location with ease of access for all means of transport. It is also close to all good restaurants.The rooms are pretty small & congested. The good thing is free drinking water but it is not cool and makes it hard to drink without cooling it.
