沒有定時執拾房間, 本說隔天換床單, 但住了五晚, 第四晚才見更換. 第三天整天完全未有入房清潔, 向櫃檯請求換床單, 答應在一小時内做好, 但出外晚飧過了差不多兩小時後回房發覺始終未有執拾.

房間極為髒亂，無論如何要求打掃，都是滿地毛髮，房間地板髒到會黏...是我住過最差勁的房間

The location of hotel 81 palace is very convenient, the rooms were just redecorated. However, I was weakened by noise in the hallway about 6am.

剛裝修不久的旅館,內部陳設都算新。空調和浴室熱水都OK。這次住的房間沒有窗戶,不過周遭環境也沒有值得一觀的美景,沒有影響,反正是經濟實惠的過夜之處。房內沒有衣櫃和保險箱,請自行保管財物。 飯店好像沒有主動清理房間的服務,必須在控制面板上點選清理房間燈號才會進行。但若未清房間,晚上還是有服務人員來提供更換浴巾和清理垃圾桶服務。

该酒店的位置挺方便，性价比高，前台服务一流（特别是一位会讲中文的帅哥），装修还挺新的，卫生条件也还不错，唯一不满意的就是房门的隔音效果太差，楼道里或其他客人说话或关门都会影响睡觉。

Air con was fine. Room incredibly tiny and had to live out of my suitcase as virtually no storage. Although towels changes and bed made daily, the room and bathroom were not cleaned once in my 5 night stay. Staff very good though. Neighbourhood is mostly other cheap hotels and brothels. Safe though. If you can afford to, go elsewhere.

Good and clean. I would recommend it to people on a budget. Only thing i would recommend is maybe they can provide slippers for the guest. The drinking water tap needs to have a better flow.

the bed was very hard and the room was very small. Receptionists were very nice, all of them special thanks to Ella, she is the gps of Singapore, knows how to direct you perfectly.

Stayed in the Standard Room with a Queen Bed for 3 nights. The rooms were clean and staffs were friendly. Mr Jay checked me in 15 minutes earlier which was so nice of him.

The room was extremely small. So small that other than the two single beds there was no other furniture.

Small room, but big tv, small fridge, great a/c and plenty of hot water. Friendly and helpful staff. Allowed me to check in 30 minutes early and printed a document for me. Would gladly stay here again.

Great staff, clean and tidy. Close for trains/buses. Only downside was bed was a bit hard.

The room was very clean and up to date. It was small, but exactly as advertised -- pay attention to the dimensions in the description and you won't be surprised. The staff were very helpful. The area arpund has lots of great restaurants. 10 minute walk to Aljunied MRT station and 5 minute walk to great bus connections. Great restaurants all around. It is in the red light district. There is no obvious signage, no street solicitation, no one handing out pamphlets or things like that If you're looking for a clean, up-to-date room in an interesting area that's small but cheap, this is a decent choice. I will stay there again.

Greit rent, men lite rom. Bra klimaanlegg. Anbefales om du bare har tenkt å sove på rommet, veldig liten plass til å oppholde seg utover sengen. Badet var meget lite og ingen dusjnisje, så alt ble vått der inne. I Singapores red light district, så om man finner tilnærmingerav den typen ubehagelig så anbefales det å ta en uber til døren.
