工作人员非常友好，能够快速解决问题。

一楼发生了一阵骚动，接待员或官员没有采取坚决的立场，因此骚动持续了一个多小时，确实打扰了我们的休息，尤其是当时已经是午夜12点了。

酒店工作人员很快就解决了这个问题。当我把行李箱放在房间里并打算离开酒店时，当我关上门时，由于我使用了闭门器，门关得很重。 （因为这个酒店的钥匙还是手动的，不使用卡）。而且门无法打开，就像从里面锁上了一样。幸运的是，维修队很快就赶到了，问题得到了解决。

非常好的地方，干净，靠近著名景点

房间周围环境嘈杂，且房间隔音效果不佳。

工作人员非常友好和乐于助人。

这个地方很舒适，靠近餐饮和娱乐场所。

If you are wanting to explore joo chiat then this hotel would be a great option. It’s really close to all the great places, also 1 minute walk to the bus station. Although if using the public transport, getting to anywhere else in sgp is quite far but all fine. The lady at check in was super nice and helpful. The room is quite small, had no window but im not complaining. The only thing that bugged us was how smelly the bathroom was when we first entered (pee smell). It was an easy fix tho, i just asked for a room fragrance spray and it was gone. The next days the smell also was gone, so i think because of how small the bathroom is, previous guests would maybe pee in the shower = peeing on the bathroom floor. ( please dont do that) apart from that, everything was great. The checkout was seamless and you can keep your bags in the hotel first after checkout. Great place, with sgp prices 🤣

Staff hotel sangat ramah dan sangat membantu saat cek in dan cek out

Jarak ke pusat keramaian dan ke MRT ok. Kebersihan kamar kurang karena petugas kebersihan tidak mengganti seprai selama kita tinggal.

Sangat cocok stategis sama cafe-cafe di sekitaran hotel.

Kamar kecil sehingga sangat Susah untuk meletakkan kompor dan barang-barang bawaan lainnya.

Lokasi hotel strategis, dekat pusat perbelanjaan, halte bus, masjid dan makanan halal. Staff hotel cepat tanggap, ramah relatif sih ya, kamar hotel bersih, rapi.

Kamarnya bersih dan rapi lokasi lumayan strategis.
