I paid $ 500 for 3 nights for family pax room, then when I arrived they said they don't have ' family pax room ' and it was this apps ' fault, turns put in all other booking apps they have this family pax room. What ' s worse is, it was midnight when we arrived so we don't have any other hotel choice, and they charge additional $ 60 for additional person. What a total scam!

The hotel is in very bad condition, very dirty, the staffs are irresponsible. When the customer complained the WiFi unconnected, they just give the reason that internet is over, please suffer and use your 4G. This is the manner of doing business? Another story is that, customer complained about the water in the bathroom is not working, they just write down and told me that the maintenance staffs are not here, tomorrow will fix, without giving any solution! Oh my god, the hotel price is not cheap, but the customer needed to suffer what they are doing?

Tay nắm cửa gãy Bồn cầu bẩn Sàn nhà rất dơ Tôi check in 15:00 03/09/2022 và đã không thể ở lại nên qua chỗ bạn tôi để ngủ nhờ 19:00 03/09/2022 cùng ngày tôi quay lại khách sạn để lấy hành lý và trả phòng Tôi sẽ yêu cầu chargeback giao dịch này

Saat check in sprei bekas noda minyak dan seperti tidak dicuci / bekas pakai. Saat dikonfirmasi untuk ganti, diminta biaya tambahan. Lokasi sangat jauh dari MRT maupun Bus. Gak akan nginap di sini lagi.

Service and assistance is very bad. It takes a long time to complete the check-in. The door is stiff and difficult to open. The room and bed are not clean, dusty, pillows and blankets smell musty and dirty. Foul-smelling toilet The shower is not working. Very bad with this hotel 😩😱.

Toilet broken can't flush, there is no slippers/sandals, there is no glass/cup (we have to ask receptionist first). Please pay attention if you were offered for room 702.

The check in time took very long, and we finally got the room on 5 pm, the AC is not working at all, the room is very very very hot. We suggest the owner should fix the AC, because that 's the most important thing, customers want to stay and relax, many customers had the same complain, on the day we stay.
