新加坡东陵今旅酒店

The hotel staff are so nice. They gave me a surprise on my birthday! When I went back to my room at the end of the day, I found a birthday cake and card with their messages. It’s so sweet! Thank you:)

It's a nice and modern property, we were delighted to be here after 2 weeks of islands hopping. Nice rooms, hotel well kept, great breakfast, swimming pool and gym. A bit far from the centre but there is the tube and the bus. Also the mall (attached to the hotel comes handy).

The hotel room was smaller than the hotel room I stayed in Narita, Japan. Overall, a good stay.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating! Special mention to Kelvin, Yuan, Michael. We will be back again for sure

It was our first family holiday in Singapore and our stay at JEN made it special for us. Staff are helpful and friendly. We are already planning to stay at JEN on our next Singaporean holiday 😊

Overnight stay in transit to Europe. Comfortable and quiet. Taxi S $35 and approx 1/2 hour from airport. Lovely staff.

Good clean hotel good dining options clean rooms and modern. Not close to shops and eating places.

The staff were wonderful and the property was well situated. The food was good but we only ate breakfast each day we were there.

I like the quiet surroundings but dislike the hotel doesn’t has the laundry service anymore , hooked because it said has self laundry service.

We had a great experience staying here. The staff were friendly, check in was smooth, location of the hotel was great as it was just opposite an MRT station which is 1 stop away from Orchard. Rooms were clean and fully utilized with the gym and swimming pools available too. Our daughter ended up having a medical emergency during our trip and the front desk did their absolute best to assist us and make things easier during a stressful time. I would like to thank their front desk and their manager, James for all their help during our stay.

The check in process was slow. First directed to kiosk check in but it didn’t work. Directed us to counter. Thinking they have sorted it out which they directed us to kiosk again. It didn’t work again. Finally another staff found our booking and sorted things out. Verbally given an upgrade ie to 3 beds but the extra bed didn’t matter to us but in fact reduced size of room for us to move around

Wonderful hotel with Great Buffet in J65. All I are great except the room toilet has strong roaches smell despite spraying it with room fragrance spray. Otherwise a wonderful stay. Thank you, Jen Tanglin.

Lovely property

The staff were very helpful. The room is spotless and comfortable. Great location. Plus it is walking distance to malls. I can highly recommend this hotel👍
