For group bookings of more than 5 rooms, a non-refundable full prepayment for all rooms is required during booking; this will supersede any payment terms for bookings made previously under Flexible and Refundable Policy

NO NAME CHANGE POLICY: Guest’s identification details indicated during booking is final and any changes thereafter will not be allowed.
ADDITIONAL VERIFICATION REQUIRED UPON CHECK-IN: Booking details must match the original identification documents provided by guest during check-in.
Construction works are currently taking place around our hotel premises from Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 7pm. Some guestrooms may be sporadically affected during this period. All other hotel services and amenities are operating as usual. Our team is committed to minimising disruptions and appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
In accordance with the National Registration Regulations, guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in. A valid physical identification (passport or NRIC) is required at registration. Driver’s licenses, membership cards, and Singpass will not be accepted.

Minimum age to check-in is 18. Minor guests must be accompanied by adults upon check-in.
